【摘要】：基于绿色度评价指标的寒地办公建筑空间设计研究的研究目的是通过对绿色度这一跨学科概念在办公建筑空间设计中的应用,结合寒地的气候特征,对现有绿色度评价指标进行筛选,将其体系内的多项评价指标运用到寒地办公建筑空间设计中,以期归纳出指导未来寒地办公建筑空间设计的方法。依据对人工环境和自然气候的制衡,充分利用寒地气候环境中的有利部分,规避不利部分,以最高的气候利用率和最低的能源负荷来实现使用者的舒适性及建筑低碳化的要求。论文采取理论论述与工程实例相结合的方式,首先对研究背景、相关概念、国内外研究现状以及研究方法进行了系统性的阐述。然后基于对建筑绿色度及其指标的解析,结合寒地办公建筑空间的特殊属性,归纳出引入绿色度评价指标对寒地办公建筑空间未来设计的三点影响因素,即提高外部空间社会区域协调度,改善内部空间运行舒适度和增强空间环境生态经济平衡度。并由此推导出指导未来寒地办公建筑空间设计的三项原则,即协调地域的在地属性,创造舒适的物理环境与实现低碳的经济运营。接下来本文分别从寒地办公建筑空间的外部空间与内部空间两方面对研究方法进行论述,其研究依据便是建筑绿色度针对寒地属性的六项次级指标——城市区域协调指标、微气候调节指标、地域文化传承指标、气候适应性指标、增强能源利用率指标、围护结构节约能源指标。在本文的论述中,选取典型并具有实效性的案例进行实践分析和理论提升,综合运用统计分析法、实地调研法、归纳原型法以及图解研究方法,剖析和解决问题、提炼和总结规律。希望本文的写作能够补充寒地办公建筑空间设计理论,并对今后的寒地办公建筑新建与改建工程提供设计依据和参考。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the research on the space design of office buildings in cold regions based on the evaluation index of green degree is to apply the concept of green degree to the space design of office buildings and to combine the climatic characteristics of cold regions. The existing evaluation index of green degree is screened, and many evaluation indexes in the system are applied to the space design of office buildings in cold areas. Based on the balance of artificial environment and natural climate, we can make full use of the favorable part of the cold climate environment and avoid the unfavorable part. With the highest climate utilization rate and the lowest energy load to realize the user's comfort and low building carbonization requirements. This paper adopts the combination of theoretical discussion and engineering examples, first of all, the research background, related concepts. Domestic and foreign research status and research methods are systematically described. Then based on the analysis of building green degree and its indicators combined with the special properties of cold office building space. Induces the green degree appraisal index to the cold area office building space future design three influence factors, namely enhances the external space social area coordination degree. Improve the comfort of the internal space and enhance the ecological and economic balance of the space environment. From this, we derive three principles to guide the space design of the future office buildings in cold areas, that is, coordinate the local attributes of the region. Create a comfortable physical environment and achieve low-carbon economic operation. Next, this paper discusses the research methods from the two aspects of the outer space and internal space of the office space in cold area. The research is based on the six sub-indexes of building green degree for the cold region attribute, such as the coordination index of urban area, the index of microclimate regulation, the index of regional culture inheritance, and the index of climate adaptability. In this paper, select typical and effective cases for practical analysis and theoretical improvement, comprehensive use of statistical analysis, field research method. Inductive prototype method and graphic research methods, analysis and solution of problems, refining and summarizing the law. Hope this writing can complement the cold office building space design theory. And provides the design basis and the reference for the new construction and the reconstruction project of the office building in the cold area in the future.
