自燃煤矸石骨料混凝土配制技术及强度研究

【摘要】:我国是以煤炭为主要能源的国家,煤炭开采产生的煤矸石是目前最大宗的工业固体废弃物,对环境造成的污染已经引起业内广泛关注。因此,煤矸石减量化、资源化和规模化的利用迫在眉睫。煤矸石的组成和性质决定了其在建材领域应用的可能性,其中以煤矸石为骨料替代天然骨料配制混凝土,是规模化消纳煤矸石的最佳途径之一。本文是国家自然科学基金委员会与神华集团有限公司联合资助项目(U1261122)——“煤矸石在水泥和混凝土中资源化利用关键科学问题研究”的子项目,所有研究成果都是在该基金的资助下取得完成的。论文首先对自燃煤矸石骨料含水状态对混凝土拌合物工作性及抗压强度的影响进行了试验研究,提出了自燃煤矸石骨料单位用水量确定依据,为自燃煤矸石骨料混凝土配合比设计奠定了基础;接下来通过对自燃煤矸石粗骨料混凝土抗压强度试验结果的回归分析,建立了适合自燃煤矸石粗骨料强度特征的混凝土强度Bolomey公式;最后通过对不同尺寸的自燃煤矸石粗骨料混凝土的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、抗折强度试验结果统计分析,初步建立了各强度间的换算关系。主要取得以下研究成果:(1)自燃煤矸石骨料的含水状态对混凝土拌合物和易性、硬化强度的影响程度远大于天然骨料,不能按普通混凝土和轻骨料混凝土配合比设计方法确定单位用水量,建议加入适当附加水。(2)自燃煤矸石骨料混凝土拌合物坍落度,随着自燃煤矸石骨料含水量的增大而增大,强度随着自燃煤矸石骨料含水量的增大而减小。自燃煤矸石骨料加入适当的附加水是保证混凝土拌合物和易性和硬化强度的关键,且需要提前对骨料进行吮水润湿。(3)自燃煤矸石粗骨料混凝土与普通混凝土相似,抗压强度与胶水比之间成近似线性关系,但由于粗骨料吸水特征和压碎值与天然碎石区别较大,自燃煤矸石粗骨料混凝土强度Bolomey公式中的回归系数与普通混凝土的不同,建立了与粗骨料压碎值相关的回归系数。(4)自燃煤矸石粗骨料混凝土立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度以及抗折强度不在遵循普通混凝土强度的换算系数。
[Abstract]:China is a country with coal as the main energy source. The coal gangue produced by coal mining is the largest industrial solid waste at present. The pollution to the environment has caused widespread concern in the industry. Therefore, coal gangue is reduced. The composition and properties of coal gangue determine the possibility of its application in the field of building materials, in which coal gangue is used as aggregate instead of natural aggregate to prepare concrete. It is one of the best ways to remove coal gangue on a large scale. This paper is a joint funded project U1261122 by the National Natural Science Foundation Committee and Shenhua Group Co., Ltd. -"study on the key Scientific problems of the Utilization of Coal gangue in cement and concrete". All the research results have been completed with the funding of the fund. Firstly, the effect of water content of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate on the workability and compressive strength of concrete mixture is studied experimentally. The basis of determining the unit water consumption of coal gangue aggregate is put forward, which lays a foundation for the mix design of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate concrete. Then through the regression analysis of the compressive strength test results of the coal gangue coarse aggregate concrete, the Bolomey formula of concrete strength suitable for the strength characteristics of the spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate concrete is established. Finally, the results of cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength and flexural strength of coarse aggregate concrete of spontaneous combustion gangue with different sizes are analyzed statistically. The conversion relationship of each strength is established preliminarily. The following research results are obtained: 1) the water state of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate has much greater influence on concrete mixing and easiness, and the influence of hardening strength is much greater than that of natural aggregate. The unit water consumption can not be determined according to the design method of mix ratio of ordinary concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete. It is suggested to add appropriate additional water. 2) slump of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate concrete mixture. With the increase of water content of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate. The strength decreases with the increase of water content of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate. Adding appropriate additional water to spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate is the key to ensure concrete mixture and easiness and hardening strength. Moreover, the aggregate needs to be wetted by water sucking in advance.) the spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate concrete is similar to the ordinary concrete, and the compressive strength is approximately linear with the glue ratio. However, due to the difference between coarse aggregate and natural crushed stone, the regression coefficient of strength Bolomey formula of spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate concrete is different from that of ordinary concrete. The cubic compressive strength of spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate concrete is established, which is related to the crushing value of coarse aggregate. The conversion coefficient of axial compressive strength and flexural strength does not follow the ordinary concrete strength.
