大城市失落空间活化再生策略研究

【摘要】：失落空间活化是存量和减量规划形势下提升城市宜居性、活力度和综合竞争力的关键。文章在分析西方城市失落空间理论的基础上,通过对我国城市失落空间现象的比较研究,从物质形态活化、功能业态活化、行为体验活化、文脉艺术活化和区域共生活化五个方面提出了失落空间活化再生策略,并将其应用于南宁桥下空间活化实践,以期为后续研究提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The activation of lost space is the key to improve the livability, vitality and comprehensive competitiveness of cities under the situation of stock and reduction planning. This paper analyzes the theory of lost space in western cities. Through the comparative study of the phenomenon of urban lost space in our country, it is from the material form activation, the function state activation, the behavior experience activation. This paper puts forward the strategy of activating and regenerating lost space from five aspects of artistic activation of context and regional cohabitation, and applies it to the practice of space activation under Nanning Bridge in order to provide reference for further study.
