基于LEED标准的度假酒店设计应用研究

【摘要】：人类发展高速迅猛,环境问题已经成为人类生存发展最基本的问题之一。在世界各国中,建筑行业几乎都是经济发展的重要支柱。与之对应的是建筑行业的能耗、污染物排放量等与环境相关指标在整个经济部门中占有相当高的比例。所以,绿色建筑概念的提出和实践正是建筑领域应对可持续发展的集中对策。而伴随人们的需求遍地开花的度假酒店属于能耗最大的建筑类型之一。对其按照绿色建筑标准进行规划和设计就显得尤为迫切和重要。LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)美国绿色建筑评估体系是目前世界上最具影响力的高性能绿色建筑可持续设计、建造和运营的评估标准,本文首先对进行研究,分别阐述其形成的背景、组织构成、体系内容及当下认证状况。其次,对度假酒店的概念及类型进行梳理和分析,通过归纳其特征和主要问题探求度假酒店绿色的必要性。再次,针对获得LEED认证的优秀度假酒店案例进行深入剖析,最终从可持续的建设场地、水资源的利用、能源与大气、材料与资源的利用以及设计中的创新这五个评估层面探讨LEED绿色建筑评价标准对我国度假酒店设计的借鉴价值及应用方法,以期对当代绿色度假酒店设计研究提供理论依据及参考策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of human beings, environmental problems have become one of the most basic problems in human survival and development. In the world, the construction industry is almost an important pillar of economic development. Environmental related indicators, such as pollutant emissions, account for a high proportion of the entire economic sector. The concept and practice of green building is just the concentrated countermeasure to the sustainable development in the field of architecture, and the resort hotel with people's demand is one of the most energy-consuming buildings. According to the green building, it is the most important one. The United States Green Building Assessment system is currently the most influential sustainable design of high-performance green buildings in the world. The evaluation criteria of construction and operation are studied in this paper, including the background, organization, system content and current status of certification. Secondly, the concept and type of resort hotel are analyzed. By summarizing its characteristics and main problems to explore the necessity of green resort hotel. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the excellent resort hotel case that has been certified by LEED, and finally analyzes the sustainable construction site, the utilization of water resources, energy and atmosphere. The use of Materials and Resources and the Innovation of Design; the value and application of LEED green building evaluation standard to the design of resort hotels in China. With a view to contemporary green resort hotel design research to provide theoretical basis and reference strategy.
