郑州地区小户型住宅风环境设计研究

【摘要】:住宅风环境是决定住宅能耗高低的一个关键因素,但却经常被人们忽视,它的优化对于改善室内空气质量、提高人体舒适性、降低空调的使用频率,降低建筑能耗等的促进作用都比较大。风环境设计在住宅节能和提供良好的室内空气品质等方面还有很大的研究空间。本文以郑州地区为研究范围,以小户型住宅为研究对象,选择合理的风环境设计策略,针对自然通风和防风进行设计分析,使其在节能的基础上提高住宅的室内空气品质,提高室内环境的舒适度。第一章为绪论,叙述了本文的研究背景,指出研究的目的和意义,明确了研究的主要内容和方法。本文第二章是概念解析部分,该部分首先从自然通风和防风两个方面解释了本文研究的主要课题——风环境。其次,分别归纳总结了自然通风和防风的影响因素,为进一步的研究打下基础。第三章为经验分析部分,分别从传统民居和现代建筑两个方面分别归纳总结了风环境设计的经验,这些内容将成为小户型住宅分析环节中不可缺少的参考。第四章为本文的重点部分,以郑州地区的小户型为研究对象,在郑州地区独特的气候环境背景下,分析郑州地区的小户型建设现状,归纳总结出了小户型特点,分析研究小户型住宅的风环境设计策略。分别从总平面规划、平面户型、门窗、相关构造四个方面对其风环境进行优化设计,在每个方面,以前文经验理论为依托,利用CFD模拟软件进行分析,同时对郑州地区不同的小户型进行风环境模拟分析,提出郑州地区风环境设计的适宜技术策略。第五章则有针对性的列举了郑州地区的两个实际案例进行风环境模拟,利用前文总结的风环境设计适宜技术对该实例进行优化设计。
[Abstract]:The residential wind environment is a key factor to determine residential energy consumption, but it is often ignored. Its optimization can improve indoor air quality, improve human comfort and reduce the frequency of air conditioning. The promotion of reducing building energy consumption is quite great. The wind environment design has great research space in the aspects of energy saving and providing good indoor air quality. This paper takes Zhengzhou area as the research scope and small dwelling house as the research object. Choose reasonable design strategy of wind environment, carry on design analysis to natural ventilation and windbreak, make it improve indoor air quality and comfort degree of indoor environment on the basis of energy saving. The first chapter is introduction, This paper describes the background of the research, points out the purpose and significance of the research, and clarifies the main contents and methods of the research. In this part, the main research topic of this paper, the wind environment, is explained from the aspects of natural ventilation and wind protection. Secondly, the influence factors of natural ventilation and windbreak are summarized and summarized respectively. The third chapter is the part of empirical analysis, which summarizes the experience of wind environment design from the two aspects of traditional residence and modern architecture, respectively. These contents will become an indispensable reference in the analysis of small dwelling houses. Chapter 4th is the key part of this paper, taking the small household type in Zhengzhou as the research object, under the background of the unique climate and environment in Zhengzhou area, This paper analyzes the present situation of the small household construction in Zhengzhou area, summarizes the characteristics of the small household type, analyzes and studies the wind environment design strategy of the small dwelling house, respectively from the general plane planning, the plane family type, the door and window, the door and window, the window, the window, the window and the door. The wind environment is optimized in four aspects of related structure. In each aspect, based on the previous experience theory, the wind environment is analyzed by using CFD simulation software, at the same time, the wind environment simulation analysis of different small hukou types in Zhengzhou area is carried out. Chapter 5th lists two practical cases of wind environment simulation in Zhengzhou area and optimizes the wind environment design by using the wind environment design technology summarized above.
