中国韭山度假区中历史文化与自然景观相结合的规划研究

【摘要】：随着国家经济的快速发展,人们生活水平提高,使得度假区旅游已成为我国的主导旅游产品之一,国外旅游度假区起步较早,现如今度假区已经发展的比较成熟,而我国旅游度假区兴起的时间比较晚,所以度假区的规划设计多数参考国外的模式,导致在我国旅游度假区的规划设计中常常出现旅游度假区缺少特有的文化内涵和旅游项目雷同等情况,在这种背景下,旅游度假区的规划要具有明显的地方特色,因为特色是度假区的生命力所在。中国韭山旅游度假区地处于安徽省的滁州市的定远县韭山,韭山具有丰富的历史文化资源和自然资源,里面有正觉寺和阳明寺以及苏檀寺等文化遗址,此外还具有蝙蝠洞、钓鱼台、西黄山蝴蝶栖息地、洗眼泉、韭山湖以及韭山石等自然资源。本文通过对中国定远县的韭山度假区规划进行分析,提取出韭山度假区的特有的自然景观和历史文化景观,通过合理有效的功能分区,景观建筑设施的建设、景区景点的命名以及特色旅游文化产品的开发等方法使得度假区中的自然景观与历史文化有效的结合,形成韭山度假区的独特之处,从而促进旅游度假区的历史文化产业的发展和精品旅游度假区的建设。本文主要三大部分组成,大概的结构如下:第一部分主要是对度假区理论部分的研究分析,首先对度假旅游、旅游度假区、旅游度假区的规划等相关概念的界定,其次对国内外旅游度假区的发展过程进行回顾,最后总结我国旅游度假区规划设计的相关理论。第二部分全面分析了我国旅游度假区现状和发展的趋势,其中主要是通过我国主要度假区的分析研究,总结出我国旅游度假区在选址方面、资源的类型方面、特色主题方面、功能分区方面以及度假区的管理等方面存在的问题。第三部分以中国定远县的韭山旅游度假区为例,首先对其区位等外在的条件进行分析研究,重点是对韭山度假区的资源进行的深入的分析和归纳,从而提取出韭山主要的历史文化和自然的生态景观,其次结合具体的规划原则和方法,采用一定方法和措施将韭山的历史文化与自然景观有效的结合的一起,从而提升了度假区的整体特色,一方面解决了我国度假区中常见的功能分区雷同、没有特色、淡旺季严重失调等问题,另一方面对我国旅游度假区以后建设提供了一些参考的方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard, resort tourism has become one of the leading tourism products in our country. However, tourism resorts in China started relatively late, so most of the planning and design of resorts refer to foreign models. As a result, in the planning and design of tourist resorts in China, there is often a lack of unique cultural connotations and similar tourism projects. Under this background, the planning of tourist resorts should have obvious local characteristics. Because the characteristics are the vitality of the resort. Jiushan tourist Resort in China is located in Jiushan County, Dingyuan County, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. Jiushan is rich in historical and cultural resources and natural resources. There are cultural sites such as Zhengjue Temple, Yangming Temple and Sutharan Temple. In addition, there are Batman Cave, Diaoyutai, West Huangshan Butterfly Habitat and Eye-washing Springs. Based on the analysis of Jiushan resort area planning in Dingyuan County, China, the unique natural landscape and historical and cultural landscape of Jiushan Resort area are extracted, and the rational and effective functional zoning is adopted. The construction of landscape building facilities, the naming of scenic spots and the development of characteristic tourist and cultural products make the natural landscape in the resort effectively combine with historical culture, forming the unique place of Jiushan Resort. In order to promote the development of historical and cultural industries of tourist resorts and the construction of boutique tourist resorts, this paper is composed of three major parts. The general structure is as follows: the first part is mainly about the research and analysis of the theory part of the resorts. First of all, the concept of vacation tourism, tourist resorts, tourism resorts planning and other related concepts are defined. Secondly, the development process of tourist resorts at home and abroad is reviewed. In the second part, the current situation and development trend of tourist resorts in China are analyzed, mainly through the analysis and research of the main resorts in China. The problems of location, resource type, characteristic theme, functional zoning and management of tourist resorts in China are summarized. The third part takes Jiushan tourist Resort in Dingyuan County as an example. First of all, the location and other external conditions are analyzed and studied. The emphasis is on the in-depth analysis and induction of the resources of Jiushan Resort, so as to extract the main historical, cultural and natural ecological landscape of Jiushan. Secondly, combining the specific planning principles and methods, adopting certain methods and measures to effectively combine the historical culture of Jiushan with the natural landscape, thus enhancing the overall characteristics of the resort. On the one hand, it solves the problems such as the same functional zones in the resorts of our country, no characteristic, serious imbalance in the light peak season, on the other hand, it provides some reference methods for the future construction of the tourist resorts in our country.
