基于总费用最低的建筑外墙保温板的最佳厚度研究

[摘 要] 应用DeST-H能耗模拟软件,通过全年动态模拟,分析了西安市某高层住宅采用不同厚度常用外墙保温材料的建筑能耗,测算保温材料厚度与建筑采暖、制冷能耗及总能耗之间的关系,并结合全寿命周期成本分析,计算出三种常用外墙外保温材料选用的最佳厚度,最后结合相关标准进行对照,指出规范要求的最小厚度为其最佳厚度。

Abstract: With DeST-H energy consumption simulation software, by dynamic simulation of the whole year, analyzed building energy consumption of a high-rise housing in Xi 'an with different thickness of exterior wall commonly thermal insulation materials. measured the relationship between different thickness of thermal insulation material and the building heating and cooling energy consumption and the total energy consumption. Then calculated the optimal thickness of three kinds of commonly used exterior wall thermal insulation materials by the whole life cycle cost analysis method. Finally combined with the related standard for comparison, points out that the minimum thickness of specification requirements is the best thickness.
