【摘要】:以平江县为研究区域,运用“社会-经济-环境”复合生态系统理论、多目标协调理论和可持续发展理论,从县域土地利用空间格局和环境安全格局出发,采用层次分析法和GIS技术,构建了以土地生态适宜性分析为核心内容的平江县生态县规划方法。主要研究结论如下:(1)建立了基于GIS的生态县建设规划空间数据库和属性数据库平台。通过资料收集与现场调查,运用GIS技术对平江县国土局提供的土地利用现状和基本农田保护的Mapgis格式数据进行转换,经济社会统计数据进行处理,转换成各项栅格数据,并将各项影响平江县土地利用适宜性分析的栅格数据统一入库,建立了基于GIS的生态县建设规划空间数据库和属性数据库平台。该平台数据库包含了基础数据库、自然环境数据库、环境安全数据库和社会经济数据库。(2)建立了平江县生态适宜性分析的分析指标体系。通过筛选指标的整体性、可行性、适应性和选择性原则,从自然环境因素、环境安全因素和社会经济因素这三大因素中选择了坡度、坡向、高程、水文区位、基本农田、与自然灾害点距离、土地利用、交通区位、与城镇的距离、森林覆盖率和人口密度共11个指标构建出整个分析指标体系。(3)2014年平江县土地利用生态适宜性综合评价。通过层次分析法确定各指标权重和通GIS空间叠加技术,建立加权求和的生态适宜性综合评价模型,开展了土地生态适宜性综合评价。根据综合评价结果绘制土地利用生态适宜性综合评价图,计算各类型土地利用面积,其中适宜城镇建设用地的面积为358.875km2,适宜村庄建设用地的面积为1119.176km2,适宜生态农业建设用地的面积为132.669km2,适宜生态林业建设用地的面积为2269.648km2,适宜生态工业建设用地的面积为234.062km2。(4)平江县土地利用生态适宜性综合评价结果,作为平江县生态产业、生态人居规划的成果与依据,为县域城镇建设、工矿与交通布局、农林开发提供了科学方法和依据。
[Abstract]:Taking Pingjiang County as the study area, using the "the theory of ecological system of society economy environment, the multi-objective coordination theory and sustainable development theory, from the perspective of land use spatial pattern and environmental security pattern, using AHP and GIS technology to build the ecological planning and ecological method as the core content of Pingjiang county the analysis. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the establishment of GIS ecological county construction planning spatial database and attribute database based on the platform. Through data collection and field investigation, the use of GIS technology in Pingjiang County Land Bureau of land utilization and basic farmland protection in the Mapgis data format conversion and processing of economic and social statistics the data is converted into the raster data, and the effect of land use in Pingjiang county is suitable for storage of raster data unified analysis, established students based on GIS State county planning and construction of spatial database and attribute database platform. The platform database contains basic database, natural environment database, environmental safety database and social economic database. (2) the establishment of the Pingjiang County ecological suitability analysis index system. Through the whole, screening indexes of feasibility, adaptability and selectivity principle, from the natural environment safety factors, environmental factors and social economic factors of these three factors in the choice of slope, slope, elevation, hydrological location, basic farmland, distance, and natural disasters, land use, traffic location, and urban distance, the forest coverage rate and population density of a total of 11 indicators to construct the whole analysis index system. (3) the land use suitability evaluation in Pingjiang County in 2014. Through the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index and GIS spatial overlay technology, a weighted summation of the ecological suitability The comprehensive evaluation model, carry out a comprehensive evaluation of land ecological suitability. According to the comprehensive evaluation results of mapping of land use suitability evaluation, calculation of various types of land use, which is suitable for urban construction land area is 358.875km2, suitable for the village construction land area is 1119.176km2, suitable for ecological agriculture construction land area for 132.669km2, the suitable ecological forestry construction land area is 2269.648km2, suitable for the eco industrial construction land area of 234.062km2. (4) by the Pingjiang county land ecological suitability evaluation results, as the ecological industry in Pingjiang County, the results and basis of ecological human settlements planning, urban construction of county, mining and transportation layout, provides the scientific method and basis for the development of agriculture and forestry.
