基于设计事理学的老年人护理机器人设计探究

【摘要】:国家统计局关于国民经济和社会发展的统计报告显示,中国人口的老龄化现象已经十分严重,中国的老龄化人口数量和发展速度均排在世界第一的位置。预计在未来十年内,中国将步入超级老龄化社会,未来老年人的护理将成为社会的重大难题。医院和护理人员的工作压力将日益增长,护理机器人的出现在一定程度上缓解了这一难题。据调研,市场的强烈需求和技术的进步给护理机器人行业带来了很好的发展机遇,但护理机器人产品本身面临着亲和力不够,外观造型不够美观等问题,产品制造者的视角集中于产品本身而不是护理事件,对用户真实需求考虑的不够充分,市面流通的产品不能有效解决老年人护理难题。运用设计事理学的理论和方法对护理事件进行重构解析并指导机器人的设计能够有效平衡产品与用户之间的矛盾。设计事理学是针对设计的方法论,运用设计事理学对“事”进行归纳分析,能够跳出传统设计思维的桎梏,把握设计的实质,更全面的理解产品和用户。本文将以设计事理学的相关理论指导老年人护理机器人的工业设计,内容简要包括:(1)分析中国人口老龄化社会背景下老年人的护理过程,以及护理机器人在此过程中扮演的角色,奠定了研究的背景基础;(2)运用设计事理学对护理事件进行归纳研究,对于护理事件的内涵和内容进行解析,明确了围绕产品加建立新的护理模式的必要性;(3)运用设计事理学的思考方法,分析了围绕护理机器人产品建立新的老年人护理模式的意义及优势,定义了囊括护理机器人、老年人、亲属、护理机构的护理新模式;(4)针对目标用户进行用户研究、建立用户画像、提炼用户的真实需求,创新的设计了护理机器人的外观造型以及交互方式;(5)通过设计实践,验证设计事理学引导下的设计方法,丰富了设计事理学的理论研究内容。本文从护理一事的本质出发,对老年人在护理事件中所处的情景进行了深度分析,把握了用户的核心需求,并运用设计实践针对性的予以解决,为国家和社会应对老龄化问题提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:The statistics report of the National Bureau of Statistics on the national economy and social development shows that the aging of China's population is already very serious. China's aging population is ranked first in the world in terms of both population size and speed of development. It is expected that China will enter a super-aging society in the next decade. In the future, the nursing of the elderly will become a major social problem. The work pressure of hospitals and nurses will be increasing day by day. The emergence of nursing robots has alleviated this problem to a certain extent. According to research. The strong demand of the market and the progress of technology have brought a good opportunity for the development of the nursing robot industry, but the nursing robot products themselves are faced with problems such as insufficient affinity and beautiful appearance. The perspective of the product manufacturer focuses on the product itself rather than on the care of the event, and the real needs of the user are not sufficiently considered. The products in circulation in the market can not effectively solve the problem of nursing care for the elderly. Applying the theory and method of design science to reconstruct and analyze nursing events and guiding the design of robots can effectively balance the contradiction between products and users. Design science is a methodology for design. By using design science to sum up and analyze "things", we can jump out of the shackles of traditional design thinking and grasp the essence of design. A more comprehensive understanding of products and users. This paper will guide the industrial design of nursing robots for the elderly with the relevant theory of design science. The contents include: (1) analyzing the nursing process of the elderly in China's aging society, and the role of nursing robots in the process, which laid the background for the research. 2) summarize and study nursing events by using design science, analyze the connotation and content of nursing events, and clarify the necessity of establishing a new nursing model around products; 3) using the thinking method of design science, this paper analyzes the significance and advantages of establishing a new nursing model for the elderly around the product of nursing robot, and defines the nursing robot, the elderly and the relatives. The new nursing model of nursing institutions; (4) aiming at the target users, the author studies the users, sets up the portrait of the users, abstracts the real needs of the users, and innovates the design of the appearance of the nursing robot and the way of interaction. 5) through the design practice, the design method under the guidance of design science is verified, which enriches the theoretical research content of design science. This article starts from the essence of nursing. The situation of the elderly in the nursing event was deeply analyzed, the core needs of the users were grasped, and the design practice was used to solve the problem. It provides a new way of thinking for the country and society to deal with the problem of aging.
