【摘要】:当前,我国经济发展迅速,随着人们生活水平的显著提升,越来越多的人开始关注工作与生活的平衡,对自身幸福感和满意度的要求也越来越高。企业的发展离不开以薪酬为主的物质激励,更离不开员工对企业的满意与忠诚度。工作满意度已经成为了组织行为学和人力资源管理研究的热点内容,获得了许多学者的关注。通过探索员工满意度,改善员工的工作满意度,不断激发员工的创造性和积极性,成为了新时期企业发展的重要基础。人才是企业的根本,在现代企业管理中发挥着重要作用。员工满意度是一个企业员工工作积极性的真实反应,员工工作满意度越高,员工的工作热情也就越高涨,充分调动员工的积极性能够最大程度的挖掘员工的潜能,进而促进企业经济效益的提高。同时,员工的满意度还反映出了企业在管理过程中存在的各种问题,促使企业进行问题诊断,最行之有效的方法就是员工满意度调查,通过此种方式,企业管理者可以对企业潜在的问题进行了解,采取积极措施应对企业管理中存在的危机和隐患。人才对企业发展有着重大作用,只有提高满意度,才能让优秀人才对企业产生归属感,企业才能在市场竞争中立于不败之地。因此,研究如何提高员工满意度十分必要。本文将hn公司作为调查对象,采用信息搜集和问卷调查的方法,全面分析研究了hn公司员工的工作满意度。对hn公司目前员工满意度的现状进行了深入了解,并在此基础上研究了影响该公司员工满意度的具体因素,最终根据调查结果对hn公司员工满意度提升提出了相应的改进措施,为hn公司人力资源管理奠定了基础,同时也为其他企业员工满意度调查提供了借鉴。本文以案例分析为主,规范研究与实证研究相结合,演绎推理与归纳总结相结合的研究方法。引入hn公司为案例研究对象,通过深入研究,运用具体数据对其进行分析,最终进行归纳总结,有针对性地提出了一系列适合hn公司员工满意度提升的合理性建议,力图在现有研究基础上有所创新。论文主要分为三大部分:第一部分分析梳理了国内外相关研究,进而整理出了本文的研究架构。第二部分,对HN公司的概况进行简要介绍,并制定了员工工作满意度调查问卷。通过调查问卷,对HN公司员工工作满意度统计数据的差异进行分析,并得出其原因。第三部分,提出了HN公司员工满意度的人力资源管理的优化策略。本文的主要结论有:第一,HN公司员工工作满意度测量因素包括六个方面,分别是:物质报酬、提升机会、工作本身、企业文化、工作条件、团队工作。第二,HN公司不同人口统计变量员工的工作满意度存在差异。第三,从四大方面提出了基于HN公司员工满意度的人力资源管理优化策略。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy is developing rapidly. With the remarkable improvement of people's living standard, more and more people begin to pay attention to the balance between work and life. The requirements of their own happiness and satisfaction are higher and higher. The development of enterprises can not be separated from the material incentive based on salary. Job satisfaction has become a hot topic in organizational behavior and human resource management, which has been concerned by many scholars. To improve the employees' job satisfaction and constantly stimulate the creativity and enthusiasm of the employees has become an important foundation for the development of enterprises in the new period. Talent is the foundation of the enterprises. Employee satisfaction is a true response to the work enthusiasm of an enterprise employee. The higher the employee job satisfaction, the higher the enthusiasm of the staff. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees can maximize the potential of employees, thereby promoting the economic efficiency of enterprises. At the same time, employee satisfaction also reflects the existence of various problems in the management process. The most effective method of problem diagnosis is employee satisfaction survey, through which managers can understand the potential problems of the enterprise. Take active measures to deal with the crisis and hidden danger in enterprise management. Talents play an important role in the development of enterprises. Only by improving the satisfaction degree can the outstanding talents have a sense of belonging to the enterprises. Enterprises can be in an invincible position in the market competition. Therefore, it is necessary to study how to improve employee satisfaction. In this paper, hn company is regarded as the object of investigation, and the methods of information collection and questionnaire survey are adopted. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the job satisfaction of the employees of hn company, this paper makes a deep understanding of the current situation of the employee satisfaction of hn company, and on this basis, studies the specific factors that affect the employee satisfaction of the company. Finally, according to the results of the investigation, the author puts forward the corresponding improvement measures to enhance the employee satisfaction of the hn company, which lays the foundation for the human resource management of the hn company. At the same time, it also provides reference for other enterprises' employee satisfaction survey. This paper focuses on the case study, normative research and empirical research combined. Deductive reasoning and inductive summary of the research method. The introduction of hn company as the case study object, through in-depth research, use specific data to analyze, and finally to sum up. This paper puts forward a series of reasonable suggestions for the improvement of employee satisfaction in hn Company. The thesis is mainly divided into three parts: the first part analyzes and combs the domestic and foreign related research, and then collates the research structure of this paper. The second part. The general situation of HN company is briefly introduced, and the questionnaire of employee job satisfaction is established. Through the questionnaire, the statistical data of HN company employee job satisfaction are analyzed. And get its reasons. The third part, proposed the HN company employee satisfaction of human resources management optimization strategy. The main conclusions of this paper are: first. HN employee job satisfaction measurement factors include six aspects: material reward, promotion opportunities, the job itself, corporate culture, working conditions, team work. There are differences in the job satisfaction of HN employees with different demographic variables. Thirdly, the human resource management optimization strategy based on HN company employee satisfaction is put forward from four aspects.
