【摘要】:高质量动画专业人才的输出是社会和动画行业对人才的亟需,是文化创意产业繁荣昌盛的前提,也是强大我国软实力的基本保障。但目前西部高校培养出的动画专业人才面临着质量不高、数量不足、地区与动画产业分布不均衡等现状问题,成为制约经济社会发展的“瓶颈”。本文从“文献研究”、“历史视野”、“实地调查”、“个案分析”等多个层面展开研究。用纵向比较研究的方法展现了中国西部高校动画专业人才培养在不同时代背景下的特点、状态、发展趋势等;通过横向比较研究,将美国、日本以及中国东部部分高校与中国西部高校的动画专业人才培养理念、教学方式、师资队伍建设、优势资源发挥、课程设置、校企合作、培养模式和路径等多方面的状态呈现出来,并得以启示。同时,本文通过较大范围地调研、统计、比较、分析、归纳和总结,旨在为西部高校动画专业人才培养构建理论的框架,并据此对西部高校动画专业人才培养存在的问题、产生的原因、优势和影响因素等进行深入剖析,进而为西部高校动画人才培养提供思路和策略。本论文共分为五章:第一章绪论。主要就研究的背景和问题的提出、研究意义、文献综述、研究思路和方法等进行了阐述。第二章西部高校动画教育的发展脉络与特色。论文在梳理西部高校动画教育发展历程的基础上,从“专业化”与身份认知的角度分析西部高校动画教育非同质化的优化亟需、复合型人才要求、内外资源优势并存等特色。通过追根寻源和特色的挖掘,为西部高校动画教育体系的构建和发展方向等提供研究基础。第三章西部高校动画专业人才培养的现状分析。通过问卷调研、现场访谈等方式,客观、理性并深入地分析和总结当前西部高校动画专业教育的发展现状,包括存在的主要问题、禀赋优势以及所处的困境。第四章中外著名高校动画专业人才培养的经验借鉴与启示。本章对美国、日本以及中国东部部分高校动画专业人才培养理念、模式、办学特色、学科建设、政策等多方面进行了调研、分析和总结,对中国西部高校的动画专业人才培养方式有借鉴和启示作用。第五章西部高校动画专业人才培养的理论依据和实施路径。本章立足西部,将时代性和地域性融入到动画教育中去,大胆根据学科特点和与市场适应度等进行改革,提出了中国西部高校动画专业人才培养的对策,并用所研究的理论和方法进行实践验证。本论文通过对中国西部高校动画专业人才培养的研究,能够补充和丰富我国高校动画理论的研究体系,为国家在制定西部高校动画专业人才培养方案时提供参考依据。同时,这种研究也是我国西部动画产业生存和发展的需要,是“人才强省”、“西部大开发”战略思想的体现、是促进我国西部经济、文化传承与学科建设和谐互动发展的重要举措。
[Abstract]:The output of high-quality animation professionals is the urgent need of the society and animation industry, is the premise of the prosperity of cultural and creative industries. It is also the basic guarantee of strong soft power in our country. But at present, the animation professionals trained in western colleges and universities are faced with the problems of low quality, insufficient quantity, uneven distribution between regions and animation industry, and so on. It has become the "bottleneck" that restricts the development of economy and society. This paper focuses on "literature research", "historical vision" and "field investigation". "case Analysis" and other aspects of the study. The method of longitudinal comparative study shows the characteristics, status and development trend of the talent training of animation major in the western universities of China under the different background of the times. Through the horizontal comparative study, the animation talent training concept, teaching methods, teachers' team construction, advantage resources, curriculum design of some universities in the United States, Japan and eastern China and western universities in China are studied. The cooperation of school and enterprise, the cultivation mode and the path are presented and enlighten. At the same time, this article through a wide range of research, statistics, comparison, analysis, induction and summary. The purpose of this paper is to construct a theoretical framework for the cultivation of animation professionals in western universities and colleges, and to analyze deeply the problems, causes, advantages and influencing factors of talent training of animation majors in colleges and universities in western China. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the background and problems of the research, research significance, literature review. The second chapter is the development and characteristics of animation education in western colleges and universities. Based on combing the development process of animation education in western colleges and universities. Chapter 5th is the theoretical basis and implementation path of animation talents training in western colleges and universities. This chapter is based on the western region. By integrating the times and regions into the animation education and carrying out the reform according to the characteristics of the subject and the adaptability of the market, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the cultivation of animation professionals in the universities of western China. This thesis can supplement and enrich the research system of animation theory in colleges and universities of our country by studying the talent training of animation major in western universities of China. At the same time, this kind of research is also the need of survival and development of animation industry in western China, is "talent strong province". The embodiment of the strategic thought of "Great Development of West China" is an important measure to promote the harmonious and interactive development of western economy, cultural heritage and discipline construction.
