临床护理基金论文的文献计量及可视化分析

【摘要】：目的:采用文献计量法和信息可视化技术,通过分析我国临床护理基金论文,全面、系统了解当前临床护理基金论文发文现状、科研伦理审查、基金资助、地区分布、作者及机构合作等情况,并直观地呈现临床护理研究热点、前沿及发展趋势,为我国学者今后进行临床护理研究提供参考。数据来源:中文数据来源:选取2015年版《中国科技期刊引证报告(核心板)》中包括的12种护理核心期刊2012-2016年刊载的临床护理基金论文共7742篇,作为中文数据来源,逐篇阅读统计分析。外文数据来源:以2015-2016年Web of Science数据库收录我国大陆作者发表的127篇临床护理论文(其中40篇基金论文)为外文数据来源,获取题录信息。方法:1.文献计量法汇总2015-2016年中文及外文临床护理基金文献信息,对载文量、期刊来源、基金资助数量及来源、作者人数、地区分布、机构性质、单位合作、作者学历、职称、论文性质、论文类型、统计学方法、引文数量、引文类型、引文语种、引文学科分布、被引频次及科研伦理审查情况等信息通过人工逐一仔细阅读论文后进行统计,将数据录入Excel进行汇总。2.词频分析法对文献中的关键词在相关研究文献中出现的频次进行统计,通过频次高低确定临床护理研究领域热点问题。3.可视化技术利用CiteSpace软件对纳入的2012-2016年中文临床护理基金论文绘制科学知识图谱,分析作者、机构合作情况及临床护理领域研究热点与前沿。结果:文献计量学分析结果:2015-2016年间,12种护理核心期刊共刊载临床护理论文9035篇,其中基金论文3590篇。wos数据库收录我国大陆作者发表临床护理论文127篇,其中基金论文40篇。中文基金论文数量、基金论文比逐年增长,基金论文比平均值为0.397。外文基金论文数量有所下降,基金论文比平均值为0.315。临床护理基金论文比前三位的期刊为《护理研究》、《中华护理杂志》和《护理学报》,基金论文比分别为0.556、0.518和0.516。外文基金论文分布在22种期刊,其中《journalofclinicalnursing》刊文量最多,达8篇。中外文基金论文均以单项资助为主,所占比例分别为84.76%和57.50%,其中单项基金资助来源均以省(直辖市)级为主。中文基金论文性质以量性研究(76.16%)为主,质性研究逐渐增多;论文类型多为临床实验(49.08%),应用统计学方法比例有所增加,统计处理多为统计推断(77.27%);以人为研究对象的中文基金论文中,未提及任何有关伦理审查内容的论文占48.00%,其中临床实验论文、调查类论文未提及伦理审查相关内容论文分别占46.31%和51.56%。中文基金论文引文量逐年增加,篇均引文量14.58条/篇,但不足外文基金论文引文条数(32.03条/篇)的一半,引文语种以中文为主(占60.75%),外文引文数量有增长趋势,引文学科来源主要为护理学(占55.36%),其余学科类型引文逐渐增多,引文类型多为期刊,合作课题论文篇均被引频次最高(0.441次/篇)。中文基金论文作者以4人合作为多,篇均作者数为4.26人/篇,外文基金论文以6人合作为多,篇均作者数6.05人/篇,作者间合作均主要为同一机构内合作;中文基金论文作者地区分布在31个地区,发文量排在前五位的地区为江苏(14.07%)、广东(13.40%)、上海(12.59%)、北京(7.13%)和浙江(6.77%),外文基金论文分布在14个地区,发文量排在前五位的地区为江苏(15.00%)、湖南(15.00%)、香港(15.00%)、广东(10.00%)、北京(10.00%);从论文机构来看,中文基金论文多为医学院校附属医院(47.05%),外文多为医学院校(65.00%)。中文基金论文作者学历以本科为主(56.77%),职称多为中级职称(43.44%)。可视化分析结果:临床护理领域发文作者存在较多合作群,除以胡雁、蒋琪霞、王维利为中心三个规模较大的合作群外,作者合作多为本单位内或医学院校与其附属医院间的合作,机构间合作不密切,多为同省市内合作。临床护理领域热点集中在四个方面:热点研究人群包括老年人、新生儿和早产儿;热点疾病研究包括心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、乳腺癌、艾滋病和呼吸系统疾病;护理干预研究热点为循证护理、心理护理、健康教育、康复护理、延续护理;其他热点内容主要为对病人更关注其生活质量、依从性、自我管理、自我效能、社会支持方面的内容。临床护理研究前沿紧紧围绕中医护理、呼吸机相关肺炎的防治与护理、新技术的配合护理三部分展开研究。结论:临床护理基金论文数量及比例均呈增长趋势,但基金来源多为单项资助。临床护理领域发文作者地区分布不均,综合经济实力强的地区发文量多。作者间存在较多合作群,但多为同一单位内或医学院校与其附属医院间的合作,机构间合作不密切,跨地区、省市合作规模不大。护理人员吸收相关学科、领域信息能力较前增强,但临床护理基金论文伦理审查状况不容乐观。临床护理研究内容丰富、涵盖面广,热点与前沿紧扣临床护理需求。
