教师能力视角下湖北省高师院校体育教育专业实践模式的研究

【摘要】:随着社会的发展,上世纪九十年代我国推进了建国以来的第八次基础教育课程改革。基础教育课程改革倡导以“学生为本”,提倡为了每一个学生的发展、为了学生的全面发展的极为人性的教育理念。新的课程标准实施对教师提出了新的要求。进入到二十一世纪,教育部在《教育部国家发展改革委财政部关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》文件中指出,高校的发展要适应我国经济社会发展的新常态,把办学思路转到培养应用型技术技能型人才上来。新的教育理念和高校新的培养目标对高师院校毕业生提出了新的要求与期望。本文主要通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等教育科学研究方法,以湖北省近三年入职的体育教师专业能力以及与之相关的高师院校体育教育专业实践模式为研究对象,突出主体教育思想,从中小学教师能力的需求、现状的角度分析湖北省高师院校体育教育专业学生的教学实践模式,指出其中的不足,提出改进实践模式的建议,为湖北省高师院校体育教育专业实践模式提供借鉴。本文对通过调查及访谈结果进行分析,得出以下结论:(1)、湖北省近三年入职的体育教师都是通过公开考试、录用的形式进入中小学的,他们的教学教育理论知识、专业知识、专业技能方面都能够满足中小学教育教学需求,部分教师教学教育理论知识、专业知识、专业技能方面比较全面、突出;(2)、湖北省近三年入职的体育教师基本具有一定的创新、科研能力;(3)、湖北省近三年入职的体育教师在课堂教学组织、突发事件的处理、个性突出学生的教育方面能力准备有待提高;(4)、湖北省近三年入职的体育教师在体育赛事组织、裁判实践操作、集体活动组织与指挥等方面能力有待提高。根据得出的结论,对湖北省高师院校体育教育专业提出以下建议:(1)、湖北省近三年入职的体育教师应在工作过程中学习和实践,提高自己的能力、快速适应角色转换;(2)、湖北省高师院校体育教育专业应该重视体育实践方面的课程设置,加长学生的实习实践时间,拓宽学生实习实践的途径,不仅要让学生在毕业前进行教育.实习,还应该在课程学习期间进行多形式的实践,实行贯穿整个本科学习过程的“全程式”实践模式。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, in -10s, our country promoted the 8th basic education curriculum reform since the founding of the people's Republic of China. The implementation of the new curriculum standards put forward new requirements for teachers. Until 21th century. The Ministry of Education pointed out in the document "the Ministry of Finance of the National Development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Education on guiding some local colleges and universities to change to application". The development of colleges and universities should adapt to the new normal of our country's economic and social development. The new educational concept and the new training goal of colleges and universities put forward new requirements and expectations for the graduates of normal colleges and universities. Questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods of educational science research. Taking the professional ability of physical education teachers in Hubei province for nearly three years and the related practice mode of physical education specialty in normal colleges and universities as the research object, the main body education thought is highlighted, and the demand for the ability of primary and middle school teachers is emphasized. From the point of view of the present situation, this paper analyzes the teaching practice model of physical education majors in normal colleges in Hubei Province, points out the shortcomings, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the practice mode. This paper analyzes the results of investigation and interviews and draws the following conclusions: 1). Nearly three years of physical education teachers in Hubei Province have entered primary and secondary schools through public examinations and employment, their theoretical knowledge of teaching education, professional knowledge. Professional skills can meet the teaching needs of primary and secondary schools, some teachers' teaching theory knowledge, professional knowledge, professional skills are relatively comprehensive, outstanding; In recent three years, the PE teachers in Hubei Province have the ability of innovation and scientific research. In the past three years, the PE teachers in Hubei Province have been organized in classroom teaching, dealing with unexpected events, and the students' ability to prepare for education should be improved. In the past three years, the PE teachers in Hubei Province need to improve their abilities in organizing sports events, referee practice, collective activity organization and command. This paper puts forward the following suggestions to the physical education major of Hubei normal colleges and universities. The PE teachers in Hubei Province who have been employed in the past three years should learn and practice in the course of their work, improve their ability and adapt themselves to the change of role quickly. We should pay attention to the curriculum of physical education practice, extend the practice time of students and broaden the ways of students' practice practice. Not only should the students be educated before graduation, but also the practice should be carried out in various forms during the course study, and the whole process of undergraduate learning should be carried out in the "whole-course" mode of practice.
