动态能力、企业位势与企业创新绩效关系的实证研究

【摘要】：当前我国正处于经济转型和产业结构升级的快速发展时期,由创新引致的技术更新和产品迭代速率日益加快,企业正面临着更加复杂多变的竞争环境。同时,技术变革为企业在如此环境下的创新模式带来了冲击,传统的依靠企业自身资源禀赋和能力的线性创新模式不足以支持企业的长期生存和发展。如何在当前高度不确定的动态环境下增加创新产出并提升创新绩效,从而获取和维持长期竞争优势,成为学术研究和企业实践日益关注的热点。为帮助企业探寻新环境下的生存之道,基于资源基础观(Resource-based View,RBV)和能力理论的动态能力概念,以及基于创新网络和位势理论的企业位势概念被相继提出。创新网络背景下,企业由动态能力而实现的资源和能力积累,有助于企业面对动态网络视阈下的竞争变异和决策执行,从空间上提升企业位势,进而共同作用于企业创新,以不断促进企业提升创新速率和绩效。基于此,本文在相关理论和现有研究基础上,将动态能力、企业位势与创新绩效整合至同一理论框架,基于问卷调研和数据统计研究三者之间的相互关系,探索了企业位势因素在“动态能力—创新绩效”关系中的作用机理。本文的主要研究内容如下:(1)梳理了资源基础观与能力理论、动态能力、创新网络与位势理论等企业创新与战略管理的相关理论基础,在此基础上对动态能力和企业位势概念和维度进行界定。(2)构建了动态能力、企业位势和创新绩效相互关系的整合模型,基于前文理论基础和现有文献研究提出本研究的理论假设,并进一步从研究问题出发设计了测度量表,通过企业问卷调研得到有效数据。(3)统计验证了动态能力、企业位势和创新绩效之间的假设关系,即动态能力、企业位势对创新绩效的直接作用假设,以及企业位势对“动态能力—创新绩效”关系的中介作用假设和调节效应假设。理论与实证研究结果表明,动态能力及资源获取利用、资源整合重构、机会感知识别和组织学习创造等二阶维度均对企业创新绩效提升具有直接显著作用;而决策实现、变异感知和知识管理能力等企业位势因素在“动态能力—创新绩效”关系中起中介作用,位置中心性和网络关系紧密性又正向调节动态能力对企业创新绩效的提升。本研究过程及结论不仅丰富了企业创新和战略管理的理论体系,而且为企业开展有针对性的创新实践活动提供了科学的决策依据。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the period of rapid development of economic transformation and industrial structure upgrading. The rate of technological renewal and product iteration caused by innovation is speeding up day by day, and enterprises are facing a more complex and changeable competitive environment. The technological change has brought the impact to the innovation mode of the enterprise under such environment. The traditional linear innovation model which depends on the resource endowment and ability of the enterprise is not enough to support the long-term survival and development of the enterprise. How to increase the innovation output and improve the innovation performance in the dynamic environment of high uncertainty. Therefore, acquiring and maintaining long-term competitive advantage has become a hot topic in academic research and enterprise practice. In order to help enterprises explore the way of survival in the new environment, the concept of dynamic capability based on Resource-based View based on RBV and capability theory is proposed. And the concept of enterprise potential based on innovation network and potential theory has been put forward one after another. It is helpful for enterprises to face the competition variation and decision execution under the dynamic network vision, to promote the enterprise potential from the space, and then to act together in the enterprise innovation, in order to continuously promote the innovation rate and the performance of the enterprise. On the basis of relevant theories and existing research, this paper integrates dynamic capability, enterprise potential and innovation performance into the same theoretical framework, based on the interrelationship between questionnaire survey and data statistics. This paper explores the mechanism of enterprise potential factors in the relationship of "dynamic capability and innovation performance". The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1) combing the view of resource base, the theory of capability, the dynamic ability, On the basis of innovation network and potential theory, this paper defines the concept and dimension of dynamic capability and enterprise potential, and constructs dynamic capability. The integrated model of the relationship between enterprise potential and innovation performance, based on the previous theoretical basis and existing literature research, put forward the theoretical assumptions of this study, and further designed the measurement scale from the perspective of research issues. According to the valid data of enterprise questionnaire, the hypothetical relationship among dynamic capability, enterprise potential and innovation performance is verified, that is, the hypothesis that dynamic ability and enterprise potential directly affect innovation performance. As well as the hypothesis of intermediary effect and regulation effect of enterprise potential on the relationship of "dynamic capability and innovation performance". The theoretical and empirical results show that dynamic capability and resource acquisition and utilization, resource integration and reconstruction, Second order dimensions such as opportunity perception recognition and organizational learning creation have a direct and significant effect on the improvement of enterprise innovation performance. Enterprise potential factors such as variability perception and knowledge management ability play an intermediary role in the relationship between dynamic capability and innovation performance. This research process and conclusion not only enriches the theoretical system of enterprise innovation and strategic management, but also positively adjusts the dynamic ability to enhance the enterprise innovation performance. Moreover, it provides scientific decision-making basis for enterprises to carry out targeted innovative practical activities.
