支持中介推荐的就业服务系统的设计及实现

【摘要】:随着经济社会的不断发展,就业服务需求不断增加,我国的就业大军逐年庞大,在互联网技术发展之前的招聘方式,需要求职者消耗大量的精力和时间,与此同时,用人单位也不轻松,他们光举办招聘会就开销很大。所以,当互联网走进我们的生活时,我们也迫切的希望能够通过网络来轻松的找到工作,用人单位也希望网络能帮助他们招聘。但是,对于企业来说,众多的求职简历让他们挑花了眼,很多企业需要有中介机构来帮他们初步筛选人才,与此同时,我国的中介推荐机构也日益发展,但是,很多中介还是有传统的理念,所以他们的管理和经营模式还很传统[1]。为了提高中介自身的发展,也为了满足企业的需求,向企业推荐更多优秀的人才,我们需要设计一个支持中介推荐的就业服务系统。这套系统结合了传统的理念和现代化的技术,将普及化的网络作为基础,让个人用户、单位和中介机构能够进行交流,满足各自的需求。这套系统收集并且保存大量的个人和单位信息,它让个人能够搜集到有序的职位,不再盲目的进行选择。这套系统让混乱的招聘方式变得规范,并且大大提高了个人就业的成功率。考虑到就业服务系统发展的背景,结合目前信息技术的发展情况,我们决定设计并且实现一个支持中介推荐的就业服务系统。随着互联网的应用和普及,浏览器逐渐走进人们的生活之中,很多人的生活都离不开网络。为了利于推广我们的系统,我们决定采用B/S架构的形式来进行开发。我们的用户有三类,分为是个人用户、单位用户和中介机构。针对每类用户,我们都进行了详细的用户需求分析,充分了解每类用户的需求。系统的主要模块有个人信息、简历、求职、招聘、中介机构和招聘会。系统中每个用户的功能都不相同,系统后台管理员有权并且必须审核单位用户的信息,审核单位发布的招聘信息,以保证单位招聘信息的真实性和完整性,让个人用户能够放心的进行选择。系统目前应用于各个地区的人力资源部门,用于查看就业信息,便于经办机构统计就业情况。目前该系统在各个地区均运行良好,得到用户的一致好评。本文首先描述了系统的设计开发背景和开发目标,介绍了设计该系统的目的,并根据用户的需求给出了这套系统的整体设计流程,且将需求模块化,并且根据功能模块图,将各个功能模块描述清晰,详细介绍了各个功能模块的功能。紧接着本文描述了系统的整体架构,给出了系统的整体架构图,实现了系统的多层次化要求。最后,整个系统在运行部署阶段是采用分层部署的方式,来支持系统的并发访问要求,本文也会设计一个系统的详细部署结构图。总的来说,本文对支持中介的就业服务系统进行了详细分析和设计,并且实现了相关功能模块,并且对功能进行测试和分析。相信这个系统将会为大家提供很多的便利和帮助。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the demand for employment service is increasing, and our country's employment army is huge year by year. Before the development of Internet technology, job seekers need a lot of energy and time to recruit, and at the same time, Employers are not easy either. They spend a lot of money on job fairs alone. So when the Internet comes into our lives, we are eager to find jobs easily through the Internet. Employers also hope that the Internet will help them recruit. However, for companies, the number of job resumes has made them look hard, and many companies need intermediaries to help them with the initial selection of talent, and at the same time, The intermediary recommendation organizations in our country are also developing day by day. However, many intermediaries still have traditional concepts, so their management and business models are still very traditional [1]. In order to improve the intermediary's own development, and also to meet the needs of enterprises, To recommend more talented people to enterprises, we need to design an employment service system that supports intermediary referrals. This system combines traditional ideas with modern technology, and takes the popular network as the basis for individual users. Units and intermediaries are able to communicate to meet their needs. This system collects and stores a large amount of personal and unit information that enables individuals to collect orderly positions. No longer blindly making choices. This system normalizes chaotic recruitment methods and greatly improves the success rate of individual employment. Considering the background of the development of the employment service system, and in the light of the current development of information technology, We decided to design and implement a job service system that supports intermediary referrals. With the application and popularity of the Internet, browsers are gradually coming into people's lives. A lot of people live off the Internet. In order to facilitate the promotion of our system, we decided to develop it in the form of a B / S architecture. We have three types of users: individual users, unit users and intermediaries. We have conducted detailed user needs analysis, fully understand the needs of each type of users. The main modules of the system are personal information, resume, job search, recruitment, intermediary agencies and job fairs. The functions of each user in the system are different. The system background administrator has the right and the necessity to audit the information of the users of the unit and the recruitment information issued by the unit, so as to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the recruitment information of the unit. The system is currently applied to the human resources departments in various regions to view employment information so as to facilitate the agencies to calculate the employment situation. At present, the system is working well in all regions. This paper describes the background and goal of the design and development of the system, introduces the purpose of designing the system, and gives the overall design flow of the system according to the needs of the users, and modularizes the requirements. And according to the function module diagram, each function module is described clearly, and the function of each function module is introduced in detail. Then, the whole structure of the system is described in this paper, and the overall architecture diagram of the system is given. Finally, the whole system adopts the method of hierarchical deployment to support the concurrent access requirements of the system. This paper will also design a detailed deployment structure diagram of the system. This paper makes a detailed analysis and design of the employment service system which supports the intermediary, and implements the related function modules, and tests and analyzes the functions. I believe this system will provide a lot of convenience and help for everyone.
