深圳市龙岗区中小学在职体育教师培训现状的调查与研究

【摘要】:随着社会的不断发展,国家对政治、经济、文化,环境等方面的建设愈发重视,特别是对文化建设尤为关注。众所周知,深圳市是我国改革开放后第一批打造的经济特区,其科学技术发展迅猛,教育水平也随之快速发展。教育机构对于人才的需求量大,而且要求也越来越高。自从我国新课改实施之后,为了适应现代化体育教学需求,全国各中小学对体育教师的要求不断严格,其体育教师必须拥有娴熟的专业技能,扎实的理论知识基础,丰富的教学方法以及高尚的道德品质。体育教师的综合能力水平直接影响体育教学质量,而培训是体育教师获取教学知识的主要途径之一,体育教师培训也是体育教学的重要组成部分。体育教师在职教育培训的相关课程设置和建设是对培训内容实用性和针对性的重要体现,也是体育教师在培训过程中具有本质性、全面性的问题。本论文以深圳市龙岗区中小学在职体育教师培训现状为例,采用文献资料法、调查访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对深圳市龙岗区中小学在职体育教师培训现状进行调查分析,研究结果如下:1.通过调查显示,深圳市作为一线发达城市,经济的发展对教育具有促进作用,所以深圳市龙岗区中小学校对体育课程比较重视。2.深圳市龙岗区中小学体育教师的教龄结构比较合理,男女比例构成突出,其中大多数中小学体育教师学历结构具有一定发展空间。3.体育教师参加培训动机明确,他们希望通过自身积极参加培训提升自我专业素质,发展自我业务水平。4.深圳市龙岗区中小学校大多数体育教师认为参加体育培训效果明显,培训教学手段丰富多样,培训频次安排较合理。5.通过调查,深圳市龙岗区中小学体育教师认为校本课程培训很有必要,校本课程是学校的办校特色,由于上层领导对校本课程的理解不足、认识不够、致使校本课程的培训得不到重视和发展。6.通过调查,深圳市龙岗区中小学体育教师培训单位或机构培训前没有做好相应培训需求调查和访问,致使培训内容实用性、针对性不强。为此,本文提出如下建议:1.培训机构应在培训前做好充分的准备,通过访谈或调查确定培训的课程设置,在设置课程时应多设置一些以满足不同学校教师的需求。另外,培训要分批分项进行,实施校本课程的学校可采用本校体育教师骨干培训,或者聘请培训教师培训。2.教材的选用上培训单位一定要引起足够的重视,培训单位或省市教育部门应对教材的选择上严格的督查,统一培训教材,并在选择教材上针对中小学体育教师教学实际所需设置,例如:编写校园新型运动项目相关教材等。3.培训内容一定要有实用性、针对性、时代性。对中小学体育教师进行培训时,培训内容的选择上应该符合中小学体育教师教授的课程所需。另外,培训单位也可以发展一些受广大中小学生喜爱的新型运动课程内容,例如:轮滑、校园舞等。4.建立有效的培训经费保障机制,一方面,中小学体育教师培训经费应该由政府、学校、教师三方承担。另一方面,培训教师可以通过留职带薪休假参加培训,培训期间给予报销和补助,这样既可以使参加培训人员珍惜培训机会,又可以鼓励教师积极参加培训,提高培训效率。5.科学全面的构建与培训相关的法律法规,并且制定出具有评价性意义的考核制度。通过建立严格、有效地的考核方式可以对培训教师最终培训效果做出正确的评价,也可以端正培训教师参加培训过程的学习态度,并提升培训教师参加培训的积极性。

The influence of physical education teaching quality directly, and the training is one of the main ways to obtain knowledge of the teaching of physical education teachers, physical education teacher training is the body An important part of education. Sports teachers in-service training situation of Primary School of the Shenzhen District of Longgang city as an example. By using the method of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, investigation and analysis of present situation of primary and secondary school teachers in-service training of physical education in Longgang District of Shenzhen City, the results are as follows: 1. through the survey, Shenzhen city as a developed city, economic development can promote the development of education, so primary and middle schools in Longgang District of Shenzhen city to the sports curriculum more emphasis on seniority structure PE teachers in Longgang District of Shenzhen City,.2. is more reasonable, the proportion of men and women constitute the most prominent. The number of teachers in primary and middle school sports education structure has certain development space.3. teachers participate in training motivation, they hope that through their own actively participate in training to improve self professional quality, the development of primary and middle schools in Longgang District of Shenzhen city - level.4. business most of the sports teachers think in sports training, training teaching methods varied, training frequency arrangement more reasonable.5. through the investigation, think it is necessary to school-based training for physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen District of Longgang City, the school-based curriculum is the school school characteristics, because the top leadership of the school-based curriculum understanding insufficiency, lack of awareness, resulting in school-based curriculum training through investigation and lack of attention to the development of.6., primary and secondary school physical education teachers training units or institutions in Shenzhen Longgang district is not done corresponding training needs survey and access before the training, the training content for practicality. On the other hand, teachers can participate in training through the retention of paid leave during the training period for reimbursement and subsidies, so can make the participants cherish the training opportunities, but also to encourage teachers to actively participate in the training, improve the training efficiency of.5. scientific and comprehensive construction of laws and regulations and related training, and work out with the meaning of the evaluation appraisal system.
