水城县乡镇初级中学体育师资现状及对策研究

【摘要】:2017年2月27日,习近平在北京考察冬奥会馆和观摩运动员训练时强调:“少年强中国强,体育强中国强,推动我国体育事业不断发展是中华民族伟大复兴事业的重要组成部分”。只有把青少年的身体素质和健康水平提高,使其身体、心理得到全面的发展,从而具备较好的社会适应能力,才能为国家的经济建设添砖加瓦,为社会主义现代化建设做出贡献。百年大计,教育为本,教育大计,教师为本,体育教师是学校体育发展的组织者和推动者,因此体育师资队伍的建设和优化显得极为重要。本文以六盘水市水城县乡镇初级中学的体育教师作为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,从体育教师的基本情况、教学情况、课余体育训练情况、教育科研、继续教育学习情况、工作环境满意度、职业前景等方面进行全面调查,对获取的信息进行整理,综合分析,得出以下结论:1、水城县乡镇初级中学体育教师数量不足,兼职体育教师情况突出;男女体育教师比例失衡,男体育教师远远多于女体育教师。2、水城县乡镇初级中学体育教师呈年轻化态势,流动性大;高级职称体育教师偏少;裁判等级以国家二级和三级为主,无国家级裁判。3、水城县乡镇初级中学体育教师学历主要是本科,无研究生;其学缘主要来自贵州省内院校;专业技术结构比较单一,教学内容单一化。4、水城县乡镇初级中学体育教学现状堪忧,近半数体育教师在上体育课时无教案,有教案且严格按照教案教学的体育教师较少,体育教学质量无保障;体育课受重视程度低,仍然存在被挤占的现象。5、水城县多数乡镇初级中学课余体育训练情况不乐观,存在竞赛体系不完善,各类体育赛事少,体育经费欠缺以及学生文化课负担重等问题。6、水城县乡镇初级中学体育教师科研现状不容乐观,多数体育教师喜欢、热爱科研,但是课题研究参与度不高,发表的论文更是寥寥无几。7、水城县乡镇初级中学多数体育教师渴望并积极地参加继续教育学习,但三成体育教师在5年内参加培训次数仅为1-2次;继续教育培训多流于形式,学习内容缺乏创新性,未能有效激发体育教师的积极性。8、水城县乡镇初级中学一半以上的体育教师对工作环境不满意,近三分之一的体育教师对其职业前景信心不足。根据水城县乡镇初级中学体育师资存在的问题,提出促进水城县乡镇初级中学体育师资队伍建设的建议:1、水城县教育部门应重视乡镇初级中学学校体育的发展,多渠道引进体育专业人才以满足体育教学需要,加强与地方师范院校合作,对兼职体育教师进行针对性的培训,从而提升体育教学质量。2、加强对年轻体育教师的思想教育,改变观念,坚定长期从事基层教育事业的信心,为基层教育事业做贡献。3、积极引导和鼓励体育教师通过教研活动、优质课、教育科研等活动来提升教学能力,并为职称晋级提供条件。4、加强老、中、青年体育教师的传、帮、带作用,形成科学合理的教师梯队。5、体育教师加强多项运动技能知识的学习,丰富体育课程教学内容。6、各学校应该加强体育教学的规范化管理,提高对体育教学的重视程度,建立有效的监督机制,完善体育教学评价方法,杜绝体育课被占用现象产生。7、提高课余训练的重视程度,制定常规的课余训练计划,定期举办体育比赛,真正意义上减轻学生的课业负担,使教师和学生积极投入到课余体育训练中。8、体育教师应转变观念,树立终身学习的价值观。9、相关职能部门应增加水城县乡镇初级中学体育教师的继续教育学习机会,提供继续教育学习的平台,创新继续教育学习的内容。10、提高对体育教师的重视程度,提升体育教师的职业幸福感,增加体育经费向乡镇初级中学倾斜力度。
[Abstract]:In February 27, 2017, Xi Jinping visits Beijing Olympic Hall and to observe the training stressed: "youth China strong, strong sports China, promote the continuous development of China's sports industry is an important part of Chinese nation's great rejuvenation. Only the body quality of young people and improving the health level of the physical, psychological, comprehensive the development, which has better ability to adapt to society, to contribute to the national economic construction, and make contributions to the socialist modernization construction. For this project, education, education plans, teacher centered, teacher is the organizer and promoter of the development of school physical education, so the construction and optimization of physical education teachers is very important in this paper. The township Shuicheng County of Liupanshui city junior middle school physical education teachers as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, the number of Statistics and logical analysis, from the basic situation of teaching, physical education teachers, after-school sports training, education and scientific research, continuing education, work environment satisfaction, occupation prospects and other aspects of a comprehensive survey, a comprehensive analysis of the information collected, and draws the following conclusions: 1, Shuicheng County Township sports teachers insufficient number of junior high school physical education teachers, part-time teachers are prominent; sex ratio imbalance, male teachers than female PE teachers.2, Shuicheng County Township junior middle school PE teacher is younger trend, high mobility; senior physical education teachers less; referee level by two and three, no country referee.3, Shuicheng County Township sports teachers in junior middle school education is mainly undergraduate, no graduate; its edge is mainly from the Guizhou province colleges and universities; professional and technical structure is relatively simple, single teaching content A.4, the present situation of junior middle school sports teaching in Shuicheng County Township, nearly half of sports teachers in PE class teaching, and teaching is teaching in strict accordance with the sports teachers less, sports teaching quality is guaranteed; PE class attention degree is low, there is still crowded phenomenon accounted for.5, most of the township primary Shuicheng County school extracurricular sports training is not optimistic about the existence of competition system is not perfect, all kinds of sports events, sports funding problems as well as the lack of students heavy burden of.6, the current situation of sports teachers in junior middle school scientific research in Shuicheng County township is not optimistic, the majority of PE teachers love, love research, but the research participation is not high, published more.7 is scanty, Shuicheng County Township junior middle school for the majority of PE teachers and actively participate in continuing education, but the 30% PE teachers in 5 years and only the number of training for reference 1-2; continuing education and training more than a mere formality, learning content, lack of creativity and enthusiasm of the.8 failed to effectively stimulate the physical education teachers, Shuicheng County Rural junior middle schools more than half of the teachers are not satisfied with the working environment, nearly 1/3 of the PE teachers for their lack of confidence in the prospect of occupation. According to the Shuicheng County Township junior middle school physical education teachers are the problem, put forward to promote the Shuicheng County Rural junior middle school physical education teachers construction suggestions: 1, Shuicheng County education departments should attach importance to the development of township junior high school sports, the introduction of multi-channel sports professionals to meet the physical needs of teaching, strengthen cooperation with local normal universities, the part-time physical education teachers to carry out targeted training, thus to improve the teaching quality of.2 sports, strengthen the ideological education of young teachers, sports change ideas, firmly engaged in grass-roots education faith for primary education .3 contribute to the cause of education, and actively guide and encourage teachers through teaching and research activities, quality class, education and scientific research activities to enhance the teaching ability, and provide conditions for.4, strengthen the old title promotion, in youth sports teachers, to help with the role, the formation of a scientific and reasonable teacher echelon.5, strengthen a number of physical education teachers motor skill learning, enrich the teaching content of physical education curriculum.6, each school should strengthen the standardized management of physical education, improve the degree of attention to the sports teaching, establishing effective supervision mechanism, improve the sports teaching evaluation methods, to prevent PE occupied phenomenon of.7, improve the degree of attention to extracurricular training, after-school routine formulation the training plan, regularly organized sports, truly reduce the academic burden on students, teachers and students to actively participate in the extracurricular sports training in.8, physical education teachers should change ideas, set up Lifelong learning the values of.9, the relevant functional departments should increase the PE teachers in Shuicheng County Rural Junior Middle Schools of continuing education opportunities, provide continuing education learning platform, innovation of continuing education content of.10, increase the degree of attention to sports teachers, improve sports teachers occupation happiness, increasing sports funds to tilt to the township primary the middle school efforts.
