教育供给侧视域下云南高校体育硕士专业学位研究生就业能力的培养研究

【摘要】:我国供需关系失衡面临着前所未有的挑战,供需错位已经严重制约着我国经济的可持续发展。在高等教育大众化阶段,体育硕士专业学位研究生就业同样面临着供需结构的失衡。随着国民经济的不断发展,高校数量和招生规模不断扩张的同时,高等教育供给质量也出现下降问题,人才培养质量与社会需求不相匹配成为供需关系的主要问题。体育硕士专业学位研究生就业能力的具备程度直接影响其未来的发展前途。因此,从教育供给侧入手,切实提高体育硕士专业学位研究生培养质量、提高其就业能力是解决其就业问题的重要途径。本文主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法进行研究,从教育供给侧视角出发研究云南高校体育硕士专业学位研究生的培养状况、就业能力自身测评状况以及用人单位的需求状况,通过分析得出主要存在以下问题:培养目标针对性不强,不切合教育实际,与学硕培养目标雷同;专业领域核心课和专业选修课课时数较少,不能满足学生需求;课程内容理论联系实践不够、反映前沿知识较少以及深度和广度不够;课程考核评价方式单一、注重结果性评价;教学实践缺乏学校监管、缺乏导师指导;就业指导宣传力度不够、内容针对性不强等问题;同时,云南高校体育硕士专业学位研究生的专业知识、专业技能、组织与管理能力、创新能力、应对压力能力以及责任感方面都不能满足用人单位需求。最后依据存在的问题从学校层面、个人层面以及用人单位三个层面提出就业能力的培养策略。学校层面:培养目标的制定与就业市场、教育实际、学校定位紧密结合;增加专业领域核心课程与专业选修课比例各36-72学时;保障课程内容的前沿性以及跨学科融合;课程考核评价的系统性、过程性评价;利用互联网平台健全实践指导和监管机制;就业指导要完善就业平台信息,并结合张贴海报等方式加大宣传力度、提高内容的针对性以及注重实践的操作性;个人层面:加强对就业能力的系统认识;通过社团活动寻求个人就业能力的培养途径;用人单位层面:参与到课堂教学和课程考核评价中,促使供需两侧的有效连接。
[Abstract]:The imbalance between supply and demand in China is facing unprecedented challenges. The dislocation of supply and demand has seriously restricted the sustainable development of our economy. With the development of the national economy, the number of colleges and universities and the scale of enrollment continue to expand, at the same time, the quality of the supply of higher education is also declining. The mismatch between talent training quality and social demand has become the main problem in the relationship between supply and demand. The degree of employment ability of postgraduates with master's degree of physical education directly affects their future development prospects. It is an important way to solve the problem of employment by improving the training quality and employment ability of the postgraduates of physical education master's degree. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, etc. From the perspective of educational supply side, this paper studies the status of training, the evaluation of employment ability and the demand of employers in Yunnan universities and colleges of physical education master's degree graduate students. Through the analysis, the main problems are as follows: the training goal is not pertinence, it is not fit for the reality of education, it is similar to the training goal, the number of courses in the core courses and elective courses in the major field is less, so it can not meet the needs of the students. The theory of curriculum content and practice are not enough to reflect the frontier knowledge and the depth and breadth are not enough; the evaluation method of curriculum assessment is single, and it pays attention to the result evaluation; the teaching practice lacks school supervision and the guidance of tutor; At the same time, the professional knowledge, professional skills, organization and management ability, innovation ability of the postgraduates of physical education master's degree in Yunnan university, The ability to cope with stress and responsibility can not meet the needs of employers. Finally, according to the existing problems from the school level, The training strategy of employment ability is put forward at the level of individual and employer. At the school level, the formulation of training goal is closely combined with the job market, the reality of education and the orientation of school; Increase the proportion of core courses and elective courses in professional field 36-72 hours each; ensure the forerunner and interdisciplinary integration of curriculum content; systematic and process evaluation of curriculum evaluation; improve the practical guidance and supervision mechanism by using Internet platform; The employment guidance should perfect the information of the employment platform, and combine the display of posters and other ways to increase the publicity, improve the pertinence of the content and pay attention to the operation of practice, at the personal level: strengthen the systematic understanding of the ability of employment; Through community activities to find ways to cultivate personal employability; employer level: participate in classroom teaching and curriculum evaluation, promote the supply and demand of both sides of the effective connection.
