基于系统动力学模型的企业绿色精益管理效益研究

【摘要】:随着全球环境的急剧恶化以及人们环保意识的普遍提高,世界各国都致力于寻求一种经济效益与环保效益达到双赢的发展模式,绿色精益正是在这种形势下应运而生。本文基于精益管理的原则,将环境要素纳入企业的生产过程之中,应用系统动力学方法建模仿真,以城市供水企业为研究对象,研究绿色精益给企业带来的效益研究,本文的具体工作如下:1.对国内外绿色精益管理相关研究进行分析,找出国内与国外研究中存在的缺陷:国内外的相关研究并没有明确地给出绿色精益管理的定义,而且国外相关研究偏于理论研究、定性分析,缺少用数据去证明的定量分析,说服力不足,本文在研究前人文献资料的基础上给出绿色精益管理的定义,采用仿真模拟的方法为企业如何推行绿色精益管理指明了方向。2.经过前期企业调研,搜集相关数据,运用文献分析法及层次分析法选取绿色精益管理系统相关变量,通过分析所研究变量之间的因果关系,从政府、客户、企业管理者以及企业员工这四个方面构建出绿色精益管理系统的整体结构框架图。3.以城市供水行业为研究对象,构建出基于绿色精益管理的SD模型。以前期对系统中所有变量因果关系的分析作为基础,作出系统的因果关系图,再根据因果关系图作出系统的结构模型图,然后运用企业相关数据,采用统计分析方法确定模型中所研究变量之间的函数关系。4.以某自来水生产企业为实证研究绿色精益管理给企业带来的效益。通过对模型进行基本运行及仿真模拟,找出系统的关键参数是如何影响系统运行结果并分析原因,针对原因提出相应的解决措施,为企业管理者预测企业未来的发展情况提供了有力依据。5.根据模型运行结果,提出城市供水行业相应的发展策略。通过模型的敏感性分析,发现政府、客户、企业管理者、企业员工四方之间相互影响、相互促进的内在关系,基于这种关系,以企业为中心,分别从政府、客户、企业管理者、企业员工的角度提出利于自身发展的可行性建议,以此实现整体的财务效益与环境效益的双赢。
[Abstract]:With the rapid deterioration of the global environment and the general improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection, countries all over the world are committed to seeking a win-win development model of economic and environmental benefits. Based on the principle of lean management, this paper brings environmental factors into the production process of enterprises, and applies system dynamics method to modeling and simulation, taking urban water supply enterprises as the research object. To study the benefits of green lean to enterprises, the specific work of this paper is as follows: 1. The relevant research on green lean management at home and abroad is analyzed. Find out the defects of domestic and foreign research: domestic and foreign related research has not clearly given the definition of green lean management, and foreign related research is more theoretical, qualitative analysis, lack of quantitative analysis with data to prove, The paper gives the definition of green lean management on the basis of the previous literature, and points out the direction of how to carry out green lean management by using the method of simulation. Using the literature analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process to select the relevant variables of the green lean management system, through the analysis of the causal relationship between the variables studied, from the government, customers, The whole structure frame of the green lean management system is constructed from the four aspects of the enterprise managers and employees. The research object is the urban water supply industry. The SD model based on green lean management is constructed. Based on the previous analysis of the causality of all variables in the system, the causality diagram of the system is made, and then the structural model diagram of the system is made according to the causality diagram. And then using enterprise data, Using the statistical analysis method to determine the functional relationship between the variables studied in the model. 4. Taking a tap water production enterprise as an example to study the benefits of green lean management to the enterprise. Through the basic operation and simulation of the model, Find out how the key parameters of the system affect the operating results of the system and analyze the reasons, and put forward the corresponding solutions for the reasons, which provides a powerful basis for enterprise managers to predict the future development of the enterprise. 5. according to the results of the operation model, Based on the sensitivity analysis of the model, it is found that the government, customers, enterprise managers and employees interact with each other and promote each other. Taking the enterprise as the center, the author puts forward some feasible suggestions from the angle of the government, the customer, the enterprise manager and the enterprise staff to realize the win-win of the overall financial benefit and the environmental benefit.
