公共建筑能耗分项计量示教系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着国家“十三五”规划的开展,绿色建筑、绿色能源已经成为当前建筑行业发展的主题。国家每年要新建二十亿平方米左右的建筑物,建筑物的快速增加,提升了建筑能源消费量,因此加强建筑能耗监管势在必行,能耗监管示教系统为该项工作的开展提供了便利。本文基于公共建筑的节能监管问题,建立了一套公共建筑能耗分项计量示教系统。论文分析了当前示教系统和公共建筑能耗监管的研究进展,研究了开发本系统用到的相关技术,包括物联网技术(Zigbee网络和DHT11温湿度传感器)、能耗分项计量技术、多线程技术等。重点运用物联网技术和建筑能耗监管技术相结合的方法,开发了软硬件结合的公共建筑能耗分项计量示教系统,系统利用串口通信技术将温湿度数据采集并上传到数据中心,数据中心对能耗数据进行分析和展示。最后以教学指导视频的形式,演示了公共建筑能耗分项计量示教系统的相关操作和开发流程。本文开发出的公共建筑能耗分项计量示教系统,是教育技术、物联网技术和能耗管理技术相结合的良好应用,不但具有实际应用价值,而且对建筑节能监管领域的开发工作有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of the National 13th Five-Year Plan, green buildings and green energy have become the main theme of the current construction industry. The country has to build about 2 billion square meters of new buildings every year, and the number of buildings is increasing rapidly. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the supervision of building energy consumption, and the energy consumption supervision and teaching system provides convenience for the development of this work. A set of public building energy consumption measurement and teaching system is established. This paper analyzes the current research progress of teaching demonstration system and public building energy consumption supervision, and studies the relevant technologies used in the development of this system. Including the Internet of things technology Zigbee network and DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, energy consumption measurement technology, multi-thread technology and so on. The system of energy consumption measurement and teaching in public buildings is developed, which combines software and hardware. The system uses serial communication technology to collect and upload temperature and humidity data to the data center. The data center analyzes and displays the energy consumption data. Finally, in the form of instructional video, This paper demonstrates the related operation and development process of the public building energy consumption itemized metering and teaching system. The system developed in this paper is a good application of the combination of education technology, Internet of things technology and energy consumption management technology. Not only has the practical application value, but also has the reference significance to the construction energy conservation supervision domain development work.
