关中渭北地区乡村民居绿色建筑设计研究

【摘要】:关中地区黄土资源丰富,历史文化底蕴深厚,乡村民居顺应自然气候。伴随社会文化和技术经济发展的同时,关中渭北地区乡村民居的布局形式、材料利用、及生态策略等逐渐失去了土壤环境,出现滥用土地、建筑质量差、缺乏设计、不方便和不舒适、农房实际使用年限短、翻建更新频繁、能耗大和能效低、浪费能源资源、破坏环境等问题。在新型城镇化背景下,创造宜人的居住空间,保护生态环境,就成为关中渭北地区乡村民居建设发展的必然要求。首先,根据已有研究成果,以及关中渭北地区背景知识,确定研究框架和体系。依据经济发展水平和人口数量不同,选取关中渭北地区合阳县灵泉村、牛庄村和刘彦村作为具体的调研、测绘和研究对象。了解当地村民生活、生产,居住环境和绿色建筑现状,统计分析现有民居在绿色化进程中出现的问题,归纳总结出以下五个主要问题:土地利用不合理、室内环境质量不佳、水资源利用不足、材料资源浪费、能源利用效率低。其次,分别从自然、经济和社会发展的角度出发,利用DeST软件模拟关中渭北地区典型民居热工环境,分析土地利用和室外环境、室内环境质量和资源利用三个方面的影响因素,归纳影响其绿色化发展中的症结所在。以现有《绿色建筑评价标准》为指导,整合相关条文要求,调整原有乡村民居设计策略,在尽可能忽略城乡发展差异影响的前提下,提出适宜关中渭北地区乡村民居绿色建筑的设计策略,最大程度满足该地区居民需求。最后,以关中渭北地区乡村民居空间现状为基础,结合居民生活生产具体要求和适宜的绿色建筑设计要点,以最大限度完善乡村居民各项需求、平衡乡村民居需求与绿色建筑设计为目的,有针对性的从土地利用与室外环境、室内环境和资源利用等方面提出乡村民居绿色建筑设计策略:土地分区与室外环境营造、室内自然采光优化与通风强化、资源分配与回收再利用。结合具体更新策略,以渭南市合阳县灵泉村民居为例进行实践分析,利用DeST软件模拟其相关指标绿色化性能,论证结论明确空间形态更新方向。本文从关中渭北地区乡村民居空间形态的现状入手,总结了空间形态在土地利用和室外环境、室内环境质量和资源利用三方面的绿色建筑设计方法,提出了关中渭北地区乡村民居绿色建筑设计的策略,期望对丰富和完善乡村民居研究理论和推进乡村民居建筑的绿色化发展起到促进作用。
[Abstract]:Guanzhong region is rich in loess resources, rich in historical and cultural background, and rural houses conform to the natural climate. Along with the development of social culture and technical economy, the layout and material utilization of rural folk houses in Guanzhong Weibei area are discussed. And ecological strategies have gradually lost the soil environment, resulting in the misuse of land, poor building quality, lack of design, inconveniences and discomfort, short actual service life of agricultural houses, frequent renewal, high energy consumption and low energy efficiency, and waste of energy resources. Under the background of new urbanization, creating pleasant living space and protecting ecological environment are necessary requirements for the construction and development of rural houses in Guanzhong Weibei area. First of all, according to the existing research results, As well as the background knowledge of Weibei area in Guanzhong, the research framework and system are determined. According to the level of economic development and the number of people, Lingquan Village, Niuzhuang Village and Liu Yan Village in Heyang County, Guanzhong Weibei area, are selected as the specific investigation. Surveying and mapping and research objects. Understand the local villagers' life, production, living environment and green building status, statistics and analysis of the existing residential areas in the process of green problems, summed up the following five main problems: unreasonable land use, The indoor environment quality is poor, the water resources are insufficient, the material resources are wasted, and the energy utilization efficiency is low. Secondly, from the view of natural, economic and social development, the thermal environment of typical residential buildings in Weibei area of Guanzhong is simulated by DeST software. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of land use and outdoor environment, indoor environment quality and resource utilization, and sums up the crux of its green development. Under the guidance of the existing "Green Building Evaluation Standard", it integrates the requirements of relevant articles. In order to meet the needs of the residents in Guanzhong Weibei area, adjusting the original rural residential design strategy and neglecting the influence of the difference between urban and rural development as far as possible, the paper puts forward the design strategy suitable for the green building of rural houses in the Weibei area of Guanzhong. Based on the present situation of rural residential space in the Weibei area of Guanzhong, combined with the specific requirements of residents' life and production and the key points of green building design, this paper tries to improve the needs of rural residents to the maximum extent. In order to balance the demand of rural residential buildings and the design of green buildings, the paper puts forward the green architectural design strategies of rural residential buildings from the aspects of land use and outdoor environment, indoor environment and resource utilization, which include land zoning and outdoor environment construction. Indoor natural lighting optimization and ventilation enhancement, resource allocation and recycling. Combined with specific renewal strategy, taking Lingquan village in Heyang County of Weinan City as an example, the green performance of related indexes was simulated by DeST software. The paper starts with the present situation of the space form of rural folk houses in Guanzhong Weibei area and summarizes the space form in land use and outdoor environment. The green building design method in three aspects of indoor environment quality and resource utilization is put forward, and the strategy of green building design of rural residential buildings in Weibei area of Guanzhong is put forward. It is expected to enrich and perfect the research theory of rural residential buildings and promote the green development of rural residential buildings.
