体育教育训练学硕士研究生专业技能培养体系研究

【摘要】:当今世界是一个经济全球化、信息网络化、知识资本化的新时代,世界范围内的科技、经济、文化竞争日趋激烈,高等教育作为促进科技、经济、文化快速发展的有效手段,将会在21世纪日趋激烈的国际竞争中承担着重要使命。作为高层次高等教育的研究生教育在以上这种大环境下得到了迅猛的发展,招生规模逐年增加。体育学科研究生教育规模的急剧扩张缓解了社会对高学历体育人才的需求,但同时也使得体育研究生教育资源日趋紧张,部分体育院校和培养机构因条件差异,体育研究生培养质量难以得到保障。就本文所研究的体育教育训练学专业来说,“重理论,轻实践”是其现存的主要问题。如何改变目前体育教育训练学硕士研究生培养单位“重理论,轻实践”的培养现状,如何解决体育教育训练学硕士研究生的专业技能培养问题,以及如何解决学校培养的高素质体育人才能够满足社会的需求问题,是目前我们体育人所面临的重要课题。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、对比分析法对我国三类(师范类、体育类、综合类)招收体育教育训练学硕士研究生的部分高校(37所)就专业技能的培养问题进行了比较分析。主要分析了我国体育教育训练学硕士研究生招生院校的区域分布情况,以及专业技能对体育教育训练学硕士研究生全面发展的重要性和必要性。针对三类院校各自的培养优势与劣势,重点分析了构成专业技能培养体系的八大要素,区域分布、培养目标、招生方式、培养途径、学生自身、学生导师、场地设施及考核评价。以此来制定符合各类院校实际情况及社会需求的体育教育训练学硕士研究生专业技能培养体系,以期为体育教育训练学专业的改革发展提供切实可行的理论依据。主要得出以下结论:1.我国体育教育训练学硕士研究生招生院校主要集中在华东、东北和华中地区,存在一定地域差异,这种差异势必会给高等教育学科自身的发展带来不利影响。2.体育教育训练学研究生的专业技能是此专业人才技能的主要特色,是该专业研究生将来适应体育教学、运动训练工作所必须具备的能力。3.体育教育训练学研究生的培养应在不降低科研能力的基础上,加强对其专业技能的培养,应将培养目标定位为培养该专业的“应用复合型人才”4.从构成体育教育训练学研究生专业技能培养体系的八个不同层面比较分析了三类不同院校在专业技能培养方面存在的优势与劣势,并在各层面上总结制定了一套较合理的培养策略。通过对这八个层面的分析,总结制定了符合社会和学生发展需求的专业技能培养体系。

The high level of the higher education postgraduate education in this environment has been rapid development, the scale of enrollment increased year by year. The rapid expansion of sports discipline graduate education scale to ease the social demand for higher education of sports talents, but also makes the sports postgraduate education resources become increasingly tense, some sports colleges and training institutions for conditions the difference of sports, can not guarantee the quality of postgraduate training. The professional physical education and training, "the theory and practice of light" is the main To the problem. How to change the current physical education and training master training units "theoretical research, current cultivation practice of light", how to solve the master'seducation professional skills training, and how to solve the high-quality sports talents training school to meet the needs of society, is an important task of our sports faced. This article uses the literature method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis on China's three class (general normal, sports, physical education and training) part of colleges and universities to recruit graduate school (37) has carried on the comparative analysis on training of professional skills. The main analysis the regional distribution of postgraduate enrollment in colleges in China Physical Education and training master, and professional skills of graduate students is important and necessary to the comprehensive development of physical education and training master . aimed at developing the advantages and disadvantages of three types of institutions, the focus of analysis of the composition of the eight elements of professional skills training system, regional distribution, training objectives, training methods, students, students, student mentors, facilities and evaluation. In order to develop in accordance with the actual situation of various colleges and universities and the social needs of physical education professional skill training system of postgraduate study, in order to provide a feasible theory basis for the reform and development of professional physical education and training.
