辽宁省孤独症儿童教育福利问题研究

【摘要】:孤独症,也被称为自闭症,是广泛性发育障碍的常见疾病。据统计,全球平均每100个儿童中就有一个孤独症儿童。但由于制度、经济、人为等多方面的原因,孤独症儿童的社会福利尤其是教育福利状况却并不乐观。面对如此庞大的特殊群体,如何让他们享受到和普通儿童一样的教育福利,已经成为了关乎孤独症儿童发展的重要问题。因此,加强对孤独症儿童教育福利问题的研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文采取实证调查的方法,通过对辽宁省内部分孤独症儿童的家长及教师进行问卷调查和个案访谈,系统地了解了辽宁省孤独症儿童教育福利的现状,总结出辽宁省孤独症儿童教育福利存在的主要问题,并探寻其背后存在的原因。在此基础上,通过比较研究,借鉴部分发达国家和国内发达地区的先进经验,为辽宁省孤独症儿童教育福利体系的建设提出了具体的意见和建议。主要研究结果如下:辽宁省孤独症儿童教育福利存在的问题主要有:辽宁省孤独症儿童普遍入学困难;孤独症儿童学校教育效果不佳;孤独症儿童受教育途径比较单一等。而这些问题的主要原因在于:有关孤独症儿童教育的相关法律法规不健全;经济困难导致孤独症儿童无法选择最优教育环境和时机;孤独症儿童学校的资金、资源不足且利用率不高;缺乏专业的孤独症儿童教育训练师资;孤独症儿童教育阶段缺乏连续性,各阶段训练效果不佳;缺乏专业的孤独症儿童教育学校;针对无法入学的孤独症儿童缺乏相应的教育途径等。针对以上问题,我们认为应尽快建立起以政府为主导,残联、学校、孤独症儿童家庭、社区、社会爱心组织等多元主体为指导的孤独症儿童教育福利体系,实现辽宁省孤独症儿童教育福利事业的全面发展,让更多的孤独症儿童享受到应有的教育福利。
[Abstract]:Autism, also known as autism, is a common disease with generalized developmental disorders.According to statistics, the global average of every 100 children with autism children.However, due to institutional, economic, artificial and other reasons, the social welfare of autistic children, especially the educational welfare, is not optimistic.In the face of such a large special group, how to make them enjoy the same educational benefits as ordinary children has become an important issue related to the development of autistic children.Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research on the educational welfare of autistic children.This paper adopts the method of empirical investigation to investigate the present situation of education and welfare of autistic children in Liaoning Province by means of questionnaire survey and case interview among parents and teachers of some autistic children in Liaoning Province.The main problems in education welfare of autistic children in Liaoning Province are summarized and the reasons behind them are explored.On this basis, through the comparative study, drawing on the advanced experience of some developed countries and developed regions in China, this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions and suggestions for the construction of education and welfare system for autistic children in Liaoning Province.The main results are as follows: the main problems in education welfare of autistic children in Liaoning province are: the difficulty of enrollment of autistic children in Liaoning Province; the poor effect of school education for autistic children; the lack of education for autistic children.The main causes of these problems are: inadequate laws and regulations governing the education of autistic children; financial difficulties that prevent autistic children from choosing the best educational environment and timing; and funding for schools for autistic children.Lack of resources and utilization rate; lack of professional autistic children education training teachers; lack of continuity of autistic children education stage, lack of training results in each stage; lack of professional autistic children education schools;The autistic children who are unable to attend school lack the corresponding educational approaches.In view of the above problems, we believe that we should establish as soon as possible an education and welfare system for autistic children under the guidance of the government, disabled persons' associations, schools, families of autistic children, communities and social care organizations.To realize the all-round development of education and welfare for autistic children in Liaoning Province, and to make more autistic children enjoy their due educational benefits.
