【摘要】:正指导教师:石照耀齿轮是应用最为广泛的关键基础件,作为工业的象征镶嵌在国徽上。齿轮质量直接影响主机各项性能指标,齿轮测量和评价是保证齿轮质量的主要途径。汽车齿轮在我国齿轮产业中占据着最为重要的经济地位,大量汽车齿轮的在线快速检测是亟待解决的关键问题。我国首创的齿轮整体误差测量技术具有效率高、信息全的特点,特别适用于批量生产汽车齿轮的在线
[Abstract]:Teacher: stone shining gear is the most widely used key component, as a symbol of industry inlaid on the national emblem. Gear quality directly affects the main engine performance index, gear measurement and evaluation is the main way to ensure gear quality. The automobile gear occupies the most important economic position in the gear industry of our country, the on-line rapid detection of a large number of automobile gears is the key problem to be solved urgently. The measuring technology of gear integral error initiated by our country has the characteristics of high efficiency and complete information, which is especially suitable for the on-line production of automotive gears in batch production.
