“海丝”背景下福建沿海城市旅游协同发展研究

【摘要】:目前中国的旅游业正处在一个由大众旅游的初级阶段向高级阶段发展的过程,作为旅游合作发展的更高一级的阶段,旅游的协同发展将会是区域旅游今后发展的首要选择。21世纪“海丝”战略为福建沿海城市旅游往协同方向发展提供了契机和挑战,对旅游资源与空间的整合、产品开发、目的地形象感知的有效提升等均提出了新的更高的要求。促进福建沿海城市旅游的协同发展,在实现区域旅游全面发展的同时,避免了旅游发展中不合理的竞争,有助于区域旅游一体化与“海丝”旅游核心区的建设。本文通过运用SPSS、Excel等统计工具,以协同理论、地域分工理论、增长极理论为基础,运用文献研究、调查研究、统计分析等研究方法在21世纪海上丝绸之路战略大背景下对福建沿海城市旅游协同发展的地域差异进行探讨。本文的研究内容是:通过详细地分析梳理国内外与协同发展有关的相关文献以及福建沿海城市现阶段旅游发展的地域差异,针对其旅游经济发展、旅游资源的分布、旅游产业的集聚特点、主要旅游客源地的分布等差异现状,提出适合的发展模式与相应的路径。研究发现:(1)通过分析福建沿海城市旅游发展的地域差异,得知福建沿海城市在旅游资源整合、基础设施分配、旅游形象等方面仍存在众多问题:资源分布不均,“海丝”旅游资源、旅游产业、基础设施、客源分布等主要集中在旅游业发展较好的福夏泉三地,沿海城市内部各城市旅游协同意识不强,缺乏实质性进展。(2)地区间旅游协同发展阶段、方法的不同,因而形成不同的旅游协同发展模式。本文认为该区域旅游协同发展模式从要素组合视角来看分为:互补、共享与拉动型的资源协同模式;从空间整合视角来看分为:节点型、发展轴型、双核联动模式、网络发展模式;从产业组织视角来看分为:政府推动、企业主导、项目驱动。根据福建沿海城市旅游协同发展目前的现状,应在旅游资源共享的基础上,采取政府推动、企业主导的福州、厦门双核联动的发展模式。(3)通过对福建沿海城市区域旅游协同发展的地区差异分析、福建沿海城市区域旅游旅游资源,特别是海上丝绸之路旅游资源的赋存状况等进行定量分析,论文从构建海上丝绸之路旅游产品体系、旅游形象的定位与推广、福建沿海城市旅游中心地等级体系构建、旅游协同发展的保障机制四个方面提出了福建沿海城市有效协同发展的具体路径。
[Abstract]:At present, China's tourism industry is in the process of developing from the initial stage of mass tourism to the advanced stage, as a higher stage of tourism cooperation development. The coordinated development of tourism will be the primary choice for the future development of regional tourism. The "Haisi" strategy in the 21st century will provide the opportunity and challenge for Fujian coastal city tourism to develop in a coordinated direction. It will integrate tourism resources with space and develop products. The effective promotion of destination image awareness has put forward new and higher requirements. To promote the coordinated development of tourism in Fujian coastal cities, to realize the overall development of regional tourism, to avoid unreasonable competition in the development of tourism, and to contribute to the integration of regional tourism and the construction of "Haisi" tourism core area. Based on the theory of synergy, the theory of regional division of labor and the theory of growth pole, this paper makes use of literature research, investigation and research, by using SPSS Excel and other statistical tools. Under the background of marine Silk Road strategy in the 21st century, the statistical analysis and other research methods are used to discuss the regional differences in the coordinated development of tourism in Fujian coastal cities. The research contents of this paper are as follows: through the detailed analysis of domestic and foreign literature related to coordinated development and the regional differences of tourism development in Fujian coastal cities at present, the paper aims at the development of tourism economy and the distribution of tourism resources. The characteristics of the agglomeration of tourism industry, the distribution of the main tourist sources and so on. The paper puts forward the suitable development mode and the corresponding path. By analyzing the regional differences of tourism development in Fujian coastal cities, the author finds out that there are still many problems in tourism resources integration, infrastructure distribution and tourism image in Fujian coastal cities: uneven distribution of resources. "Haisi" tourism resources, tourism industry, infrastructure, tourist distribution and so on are mainly concentrated in Fuxia-Quan, where the tourism industry is well developed, and there is not a strong sense of coordination among the cities in the coastal cities. Lack of substantial progress. (2) the different modes of tourism coordinated development are formed because of the different methods of tourism coordinated development in different regions. This paper points out that the cooperative development mode of regional tourism can be divided into two types from the angle of factor combination: complementary, shared and pulled resource coordination mode, and from the perspective of spatial integration, it can be divided into node type, development axis model, dual core linkage mode, and so on. Network development model; from the perspective of industrial organization, divided into: government-driven, enterprise-led, project-driven. According to the present situation of coordinated tourism development in Fujian coastal cities, Fuzhou, which is promoted by the government and led by enterprises, should be adopted on the basis of the sharing of tourism resources. Based on the analysis of the regional differences in the coordinated development of regional tourism in Fujian coastal cities, the regional tourism resources of Fujian coastal cities are analyzed. In particular, quantitative analysis is carried out on the status of the marine Silk Road tourism resources. This paper focuses on the construction of the maritime Silk Road tourism product system, the positioning and promotion of the tourism image, and the construction of the grade system of Fujian coastal cities' tourism centers. Four aspects of the guarantee mechanism of tourism coordinated development put forward the specific path of effective coordinated development of Fujian coastal cities.
