保险行业的主数据管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着国内经济突飞猛进发展,保险行业也渐渐成为我国经济体系中重要组成部分。随着国内保险行业的发展,各个保险公司开始注重核心业务数据的管理。近年来国内保险行业发展迅速,保险公司内部系统数量猛增,各个系统之间交互频繁,进而出现各种数据冗余和数据冲突等数据质量问题。主数据管理可以帮助我们创建并维护公司级的主数据单一视图,为周边系统提供统一和准确的主数据信息。对一个保险企业而言,数据不但是价值的体现,也是问题的根源。本文完成的主要工作包括:(1)充分考虑维护和升级简单灵活的基础上确定了系统架构以B/S架构为设计原则,规划了主数据管理系统的框架设计,设计了系统中各个功能的逻辑模块,数据库结构和系统界面;(2)基于JAVA开源架构,实现了对主数据信息的采集模块,实现了对主数据的共享和下发工作,对下发的数据的使用情况进行统计,达到数据高度集中和共享的目的;(3)设计了独特的数据库结构,实现了模板化配置主数据域和主数据,模板本身也可以灵活增加和修改维护;(4)应用IBM的MQ实现主数据的下发工作,并能够保证下发的质量,实现了下发失败的重发和其他处理机制。本文设计和实现的主数据管理系统已经在国家某单位投入使用。本系统通过对保险公司的主数据进行统一管理,各个系统将新增的主数据维护到此系统中,由主数据系统来将数据下发到各个系统中统一使用,对突发的数据同步下发失败有完善的处理机制,提供对于下发失败数据的多次重发功能,重发失败后自动提醒相关负责人,辅助分析人员做出正确的应急决策。系统上线运行以来可靠稳定,达到了预期的系统设计目标。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of domestic economy, insurance industry has gradually become an important part of our economic system. With the development of domestic insurance industry, insurance companies begin to pay attention to the management of core business data. In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic insurance industry, the number of internal systems of insurance companies has increased rapidly, and the interaction between different systems is frequent, and then there are various data quality problems such as data redundancy and data conflict. Master data management can help us to create and maintain a single view of corporate master data and provide unified and accurate master data information for peripheral systems. For an insurance company, data is not only the embodiment of value, but also the root of the problem. The main work accomplished in this paper includes: (1) considering the simple and flexible maintenance and upgrade, the system architecture is determined and the framework design of the master data management system is planned based on the principle of B / S architecture. The logical module of each function of the system, the database structure and the system interface are designed. Based on the open source architecture of JAVA, the acquisition module of master data information is realized, and the main data sharing and sending work is realized. The special database structure is designed to achieve the purpose of high concentration and sharing of data, and the template configuration of master data field and master data is realized. The template itself can also flexibly add and modify the maintenance-4) apply MQ of IBM to realize the sending work of the master data, and can guarantee the quality of the sending, and realize the retransmission and other processing mechanism of the failure of the sending out. The master data management system designed and implemented in this paper has been put into use in a national unit. Through the unified management of the master data of the insurance company, each system maintains the newly added master data into the system, and the master data system sends the data to each system for unified use. There is a perfect processing mechanism for the burst data synchronization failure, which provides the function of multiple retransmission of the failure data. After the failure of the retransmission, it automatically reminds the relevant person in charge and assists the analyst to make the correct emergency decision. The system has been running reliably and stably since it was put on line, and the expected system design goal has been achieved.
