基于SSH框架的实时仓库监管系统设计与开发

【摘要】:“中国制造2025”明确提出要加快推动新一代信息技术与制造技术融合发展,把智能制造作为工业化和信息化深度融合的主攻方向。仓储在现代制造型企业的整个供应链中起着至关重要的作用,仓库管理已经成为整个业务流程中必不可少的环节。传统仓库管理不能保证合理的进货、库存控制以及发货流程,从而在一定程度上影响了企业的竞争力。本文基于Struts2+Spring+Hibernate(SSH)框架,采用WebSocket实时通讯技术,设计开发实时仓库监管系统,实现了仓库设备运行和库位存储的动态监控和远程仓库作业管理。本文的主要工作和成果如下:1.在文献查阅的基础上,综述课题的研究背景与意义,归纳了实时仓库管理的国内外研究现状,详细介绍了仓库管理系统开发涉及到的SSH框架、PostgreSQL数据库、OPC数据采集、Socket、WebSocket实时通讯等关键技术。2.在市场需求、功能需求、经济效益分析的基础上,设计B/S三层架构,即数据采集传输层、应用逻辑服务层和表现层。其中,采用SSH框架构建了应用逻辑服务层中的业务逻辑服务。详细设计了实时仓库监管系统的原料管理模块、原料明细模块、产品管理模块、成品管理模块、产品统计模块、BOM表管理模块和实时仓库模块。3.根据系统的网络拓扑结构和层次结构,采用面向对象的设计方法设计系统的功能模块和数据库结构,基于PostgreSQL数据库实现仓库原料、仓库产品、仓库设备和管理人员信息数据的一体化管理。4.基于SSH框架,实现了管理员订单审核、生产计划添加、原料入库、产品出库、配料表管理、物料出入库记录查询、设备实时监控、设备报警远程提醒、产品合格率统计查看、仓库动态存储监控、权限管理以及用户个人中心等系统功能。目前,该实时仓库监管系统已在苏州某公司投入使用,系统运行稳定。
[Abstract]:"made in China 2025" clearly put forward to speed up the development of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing technology, and take intelligent manufacturing as the main direction of industrialization and information integration. Warehousing plays an important role in the whole supply chain of modern manufacturing enterprises. Warehouse management has become an indispensable link in the whole business process. Traditional warehouse management can not guarantee reasonable purchase, inventory control and delivery process, thus affecting the competitiveness of enterprises to a certain extent. Based on Struts2 Spring hibernate (SSH) framework and WebSocket real-time communication technology, this paper designs and develops a real-time warehouse supervision system, which realizes the dynamic monitoring of warehouse equipment and storage and remote warehouse job management. The main work and results of this paper are as follows: 1. On the basis of literature review, this paper summarizes the research background and significance of the subject, and summarizes the current research situation of real-time warehouse management at home and abroad. This paper introduces in detail the key technologies of SSH framework, PostgreSQL database, OPC data acquisition, socket, WebSocket real-time communication and so on, which are involved in the development of warehouse management system. Based on the analysis of market demand, function demand and economic benefit, the paper designs a three-tier architecture of B / S, namely, data acquisition and transmission layer, application logic service layer and presentation layer. Among them, the SSH framework is used to construct the business logic services in the application logic service layer. The raw material management module, raw material detail module, product management module, product management module, product statistics module, BOM table management module and real-time warehouse module .3of the real-time warehouse supervision system are designed in detail. According to the network topology and hierarchical structure of the system, the function module and database structure of the system are designed by using the object-oriented design method, and the raw materials and products of the warehouse are realized based on the PostgreSQL database. Warehouse equipment and management personnel information data integration management. 4. Based on the SSH framework, the system realizes the management of the administrator's order, the production plan, the raw material into the warehouse, the product out of the warehouse, the batching table management, the material entry and exit record query, the equipment real-time monitoring, the equipment alarm remote reminding, the product qualified rate statistics and checking. Warehouse dynamic storage monitoring, authority management and user center and other system functions. At present, the real-time warehouse supervision system has been put into use in a company in Suzhou, the system runs stably.
