陕北地区高职院校校本课程开发现状分析及对策研究

【摘要】:随着科技的迅猛进步及陕北地区经济的高速发展,区域经济市场对人才需求变动的问题与日俱增,而高职院校作为专门培养专业技术人才的教育基地,其校本课程开发必须紧紧围绕区域市场的变动。而统一的国家课程和地方课程固然权威、稳定,但也难以避免其滞后、局限、单一、间接扼杀学生、教师及学院的创造性和自主性的弊端,因此高职院校以校为本进行课程开发不仅能够体现高职教育“因地制宜”、“因材施教”、“以校为本”、“以生为本”的独特性,而且能够提高学院办学水平、教师综合能力及学生培养质量。但目前陕北地区高职院校校本课程开发仍较落后,开发面临种种困境,因此加强陕北地区高职院校校本课程开发势在必行。近年来,随着陕北地区经济的快速发展,高职院校应以培养符合市场需要的人才,以期满足区域经济的发展,高职院校校本课程开发能够及时弥补传统课程设置的局限,充分提高高职教育的办学特色及人才培养水平,因此本研究致力于实地调查陕北地区高职院校校本课程开发的真实情况,总结经验,发现问题,提出对策。本研究在搜集和整理国内外相关文献的基础上,选取陕北地区三所高职院校的若干教师、学生及领导进行问卷调查和访谈,对其调查结果进行统计分析,总结了陕北地区高职院校校本课程开发的现状及问题,并找出其原因所在,最终落脚于陕北地区校本课程开发的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid progress of science and technology and the rapid development of the economy in northern Shaanxi, the demand for talents in the regional economic market is changing day by day. The development of school-based curriculum must closely revolve around the change of regional market. While the unified national and local curricula are authoritative and stable, they are also difficult to avoid the disadvantages of lagging, limiting, singling, and indirectly stifling the creativity and autonomy of students, teachers and colleges. Therefore, the curriculum development of higher vocational colleges based on schools can not only reflect the uniqueness of higher vocational education, such as "adapting measures to local conditions", "teaching in accordance with their aptitude", "school-based" and "student-oriented", but also can improve the level of running schools. The comprehensive ability of teachers and the quality of students' training. However, at present, the development of school-based curriculum in higher vocational colleges in northern Shaanxi is still relatively backward, and the development is faced with various difficulties, so it is imperative to strengthen the development of school-based curriculum in vocational colleges in Northern Shaanxi. In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy in northern Shaanxi, higher vocational colleges should train talents to meet the needs of the market in order to meet the development of regional economy. School-based curriculum development in higher vocational colleges can make up for the limitations of traditional courses in time. In order to improve the characteristics of higher vocational education and the level of talents cultivation, this study is devoted to investigating the real situation of school-based curriculum development in higher vocational colleges in northern Shaanxi, summing up experience, finding problems and putting forward countermeasures. On the basis of collecting and collating the relevant literature at home and abroad, this study selects some teachers, students and leaders from three vocational colleges in Northern Shaanxi to carry out questionnaire survey and interviews, and makes statistical analysis on the results of the survey. This paper summarizes the present situation and problems of school-based curriculum development in higher vocational colleges in northern Shaanxi, and finds out the reasons for it, and finally puts itself in the countermeasures and suggestions of school-based curriculum development in Northern Shaanxi.
