基于可靠性的城市轨道交通车辆架修模式优化及方法研究

【摘要】:城市轨道交通车辆架修的维修质量与维修效率直接影响城市轨道交通运营的可靠性和运营上线率水平。在保障维修质量和运营可靠性的前提下,进行城市轨道交通车辆架修模式优化及方法的研究,对提高城市轨道交通车辆上线率,提升城市轨道交通运营服务水平,合理配置维修资源,实现维修经济性具有重要意义。本文从城市轨道交通车辆架修维修流程和维修周期两个方面对城市轨道交通车辆架修模式进行优化。在架修维修流程优化方面,主要是通过对架修维修模块化设计,结合RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance)分析,以维修时间最短为目标建立架修流程优化模型,运用模拟退火算法求解,从而缩短架修库停时间,提高架修维修效率。在架修维修周期优化方面,主要是结合层次分析法对城市轨道交通车辆部件进行ABC分类,选取关键部件,运用应用数理统计对关键部件故障数据进行分布检验和参数估计,明确故障概率密度函数和可靠度函数,以维修费用最小为目标建立架修周期优化模型,在运营可靠性的前提下延长架修维修周期,提高维修经济效益。文章选取典型的车辆运用与检维修评价指标对城市轨道交通车辆架修模式进行评价,并采用定时截尾试验方法对可靠性进行评估。通过对城市轨道交通车辆架修模式的优化,不仅提高了维修效率,还提升了车辆的上线率水平;虽然延长了架修维修周期,但车辆运营可靠性仍处于较高水平。文章以某地铁公司为例对论文的研究进行验证与应用。文章建立的城市轨道交通车辆架修维修流程优化模型和维修周期优化模型在城市轨道交通车辆架修模式优化及实际维修过程中具有一定的可实施性和指导意义。
[Abstract]:The maintenance quality and efficiency of urban rail transit vehicle frame repair have a direct impact on the reliability of urban rail transit operation and the level of line ratio. On the premise of ensuring maintenance quality and operation reliability, the optimization and method of frame repair mode of urban rail transit vehicle are studied, which can improve the line rate of urban rail transit vehicle and improve the service level of urban rail transit operation. It is of great significance to allocate maintenance resources reasonably and realize maintenance economy. This paper optimizes the repair mode of urban rail transit vehicle from two aspects: maintenance flow and maintenance cycle. In the aspect of frame repair and maintenance process optimization, the modular design of frame repair and maintenance, combined with RCM(Reliability Centered maintenance analysis, is used to establish the framework repair process optimization model aiming at the shortest maintenance time, and the simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the problem. Thus, the stop time of the shelf maintenance is shortened, and the efficiency of the frame repair is improved. In the aspect of frame repair and maintenance cycle optimization, the paper mainly classifies the parts of urban rail transit vehicle by ABC combined with AHP, selects the key parts, and applies mathematical statistics to carry out the distribution test and parameter estimation of the fault data of the key parts. The probability density function and reliability function of fault are defined and the optimal model of maintenance cycle is established with the aim of minimum maintenance cost. The maintenance cycle is extended under the premise of operational reliability and the economic benefit of maintenance is improved. This paper selects the typical evaluation index of vehicle application and inspection and maintenance to evaluate the maintenance mode of urban rail transit vehicle, and evaluates the reliability by using the method of periodic truncation test. By optimizing the maintenance mode of urban rail transit vehicles, not only the maintenance efficiency is improved, but also the upper line rate level of the vehicle is improved. Although the maintenance cycle is prolonged, the reliability of the vehicle operation is still at a higher level. This paper takes a subway company as an example to verify and apply the research. The optimal maintenance process model and maintenance cycle optimization model of urban rail transit vehicle have certain practicability and guiding significance in the optimization of frame repair mode and actual maintenance process of urban rail transit vehicle.
