从首届青运会看我国网球后备人才队伍的培养

【摘要】：网球作为欧美等国的传统优势项目,伴随着世界职业网球赛巡回赛的开展,目前风靡于全球。在近几届奥运会上我国奖牌总数排名多次进入前三,显然从奖牌的数量上我国已经成为不折不扣的体育大国。但我国网球竞技水平整体偏低,落后于世界平均发展水平。究其原因,众多研究认为我国与其他网球强国差距主要是竞技网球后备人才培养的差距。首届青运会的网球比赛,共有14个省19个城市100名运动员参赛。我国高水平青少年网球运动员大都云集,基本上代表了我国最高水准的青少年网球比赛。因此本文以参加首届青运会网球比赛的运动员和教练员为调研对象,以网球后备人才队伍的培养为研究对象均具有—定的代表性。笔者借助全国首届青运会在福州举办的地理优势,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、统计分析法、逻辑分析法等,对参加首届青运会网球比赛的运动员进行基本情况、训练、比赛、学习、管理、选拔方面等问题进行统计分析。并参考专家学者的以往研究,深层次探讨目前我国网球竞技体育后备人才培养模式存在的问题并提出相应的对策和建议。得出结论：现行我国网球后备人才培养模式存在的问题主要表现在以下几个方面；1、网球受经济发展影响大,在我国发展既不平衡；2、培养模式上仍以“三级培养模式”为主,学校培养模式、俱乐部培养模式、网球学校培养模式对于网球后备人才的培养作用甚少；3、训练仍以大强度训练为主,训练矛盾突出；4、运动员常年“多训练、少比赛”,参加比赛少,尤其是国际比赛：5、国内已有赛制管理体系不完善,问题频出。最后,在问题的基础上,提出解决、发展我国网球后备人才培养的策略、建议。主要从“发展网球理念”“训练理念”“竞赛理念”“培养模式转变”“体教结合发展新思路”等几个方面阐述。
[Abstract]:Tennis, as a traditional advantage of Europe and America, is popular all over the world with the development of world professional tennis tournaments. In the recent Olympic Games, our country has entered the top three in the total number of medals many times, obviously from the number of medals, China has become a big sports country. But our country tennis athletics level is on the low side as a whole, lags behind the world average development level. The reason is that the gap between China and other tennis powers is mainly the gap between competitive tennis reserve talent training. At the first Youth Games, 100 athletes from 19 cities in 14 provinces participated. Most of the high-level young tennis players gather in our country, which basically represents the highest level of youth tennis competition in our country. Therefore, this paper takes the athletes and coaches who participated in the first Youth Games as the research object, and takes the training of the tennis reserve talents as the research object. With the help of the geographical advantages of the first National Youth Games held in Fuzhou, the author used the methods of literature, questionnaire, statistical analysis, logic analysis, etc., to train and train the athletes who participated in the tennis matches of the first Youth Games. Competition, learning, management, selection and other issues for statistical analysis. Referring to the previous research of experts and scholars, this paper probes into the problems existing in the training mode of reserve talents of tennis sports in China at present and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. It is concluded that the problems in the current training mode of tennis reserve talents are mainly manifested in the following aspects: tennis is greatly affected by economic development, and the development of tennis is not balanced in our country, and the training mode is still "three-level training mode". School training mode, club training mode, tennis school training model have little effect on the training of tennis reserve talents. The training is still based on the large intensity training, the training contradiction is prominent, athletes "more training, less competition" all the year round. Less participation in competition, especially in international competition: 5, domestic competition system management system is not perfect, problems occur frequently. Finally, on the basis of the problems, the author puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the development of tennis reserve talents training in China. This paper mainly expounds from several aspects, such as "developing tennis idea", "training idea", "competition idea", "training mode transformation", "new idea of combining physical education with education" and so on.
