成都市业余五人制足球开展现状调查与发展对策研究

【摘要】：21世纪以来,人民的生活水平不断提高,人们已经不仅仅满足于温饱,开始更加追求健康的生活方式,而足球作为世界第一运动,就吸引了越来越多的人关注,也有越来越多的人参与到业余足球活动中来。在基层吸引更多的人参与足球,建立庞大的足球人口群体,营造一个良好的足球氛围,是中国足球可持续发展应该走的路子。成都足球本身就有着雄厚的群众基础以及良好的氛围,而五人制足球作为最容易开展的业余足球活动之一,近年来在成都足球爱好者中也有着突飞猛进的发展。本文以成都业余五人制足球运动的开展现状为基础,采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、现场调研法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等科学研究方法,吸收、借鉴世界范围内发达地区业余五人制足球运动的开展经验,结合成都市业余足球运动的开展特点,对成都市业余五人制足球运动的开展现状进行了调查研究,得出以下几点结论:1、成都市作为足球发展试点城市,业余五人制足球在近年来蓬勃发展,保持着良好的发展势头,越来越多的人参与到业余五人制足球活动中来。2、成都市业余五人制球场数量多,能够满足成都市业余五人制足球参与者的需求,但多数球场缺乏有效的经营手段,收入主要集中在场地费、青训服务和球场广告。3、成都市业余五人制足球赛事种类繁多,但普遍竞技水平不高,赛事管理组织水平低,赛事的关注度和吸引力有限,并且资金来源单一,缺乏有效的安全保障措施,影响了参与者的积极性。4、成都市业余五人制足球的裁判执法水平不高,严重制约了业余五人制足球在成都市的发展。5、成都市业余五人制足球参与者集中在18-35岁的中青年,普遍有较高学历,有一定的经济能力,也对运动健身有着很大的热情,所以他们选择通过这种业余五人制足球活动满足自己的需求。6、成都市业余五人制足球队普遍组织松散,队员流动性大,人员不稳定,缺乏科学规范的组织管理和高水平基层教练的指导,一定程度上制约了业余五人制足球的发展。根据研究结论和存在的问题,笔者提出以下几点建议:1、足协对成都市业余五人制足球场馆进行登记注册,进行资源整合,统一管理,根据球场质量、位置设置收费标准,制定统一的球场管理制度,从而规范业余五人制足球场馆市场。2、完善业余五人制足球管理体系,引入球员、球队的注册机制,制定适合业余五人制足球队伍的管理策略,完善球员安全保障体制,使业余五人制足球的管理体系更加科学、规范。3、完善业余五人制足球竞赛体系,足协整合现有各球场联赛资源,扩大联赛规模;大力发展社区范围的足球赛事,使业余五人制足球更贴近生活,吸引更多参与者;公司化运作业余五人制足球赛事,提升赛事办事水平。4、加强业余五人制足球裁判、教练员队伍培养,足协加强与体育院校的合作,提供更专业的五人制裁判培训,并加强对裁判队伍的监督,建立裁判监督机制,从整体提升裁判水平,有利于改善成都市业余五人制足球赛事形象,吸引更多参与者,推动成都市业余五人制足球的开展;足协定期面向社会开展基层教练员培训,提升教练员水平,提升成都市业余五人制足球的整体水平。

As the first sport in the world, football has attracted more and more people and more and more people are involved in amateur football. Building a large football population and creating a good football atmosphere is the way for the sustainable development of football in China. Chengdu football itself has a strong mass base and a good atmosphere, and the five man soccer is one of the easiest amateur football activities. In recent years, the football fans in Chengdu also have a sudden change. On the basis of the present situation of Chengdu amateur five person soccer movement, this paper adopts the scientific research methods, such as literature method, expert interview, questionnaire survey, field investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, to absorb and learn from the experience of the amateur five man soccer movement in the developed areas of the world. According to the characteristics of Chengdu amateur football sports, the current situation of amateur five person soccer in Chengdu is investigated and studied. The following conclusions are drawn: 1, Chengdu is a pilot city for football development, and amateur five person soccer has developed vigorously in recent years, maintaining a good momentum of development, and more and more people are involved in the industry.
