西北地区民族传统体育学硕士研究生培养现状调查与分析

【摘要】:民族传统体育学是体育学中设立最晚的二级学科,其研究生教育发展历程较短,培养模式还不成熟。随着我国经济社会的发展,用人单位对人才的要求也日益发生着变化,西北地区培养的民族传统体育学硕士研究生已不能完全适应社会发展的多样化需求,培养质量与其他发达地区相比还有较大差距。民族传统体育是中华民族传统文化的精华,作为民族传统体育的高层次人才理应承担起继承和发扬民族传统文化、弘扬民族体育精神的重任。本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对西北地区五所高校(陕西师范大学、西安体育学院、西北师范大学、西北民族大学、新疆师范大学)民族传统体育学硕士生导师和民族传统体育学在读研究生的深入调查以及对现行培养方案的分析,从培养目标、培养方向与学习年限、课程设置与实践环节、课程教学与导师指导、科研训练与学位论文、培养质量保障体系等培养环节进行了论述,总结出了西北地区民族传统体育学硕士研究生培养过程中存在的问题并提出了相应的建议。本研究旨在为研究生教育管理部门以及各有关研究生培养单位全面认识民族传统体育学硕士研究生培养现状提供可靠、准确的信息。对推进西北地区民族传统体育学硕士研究生培养向着更加科学、合理的方向发展具有重要的理论价值和现实指导意义。研究结果表明:西北地区民族传统体育硕士研究生培养目标定位比较明确、社会适应度和达成度都比较高;培养方向执行不严格,部分院校的学习年限不够灵活;课程设置比较合理,但是还存在理论与实践结合不紧密、课程总量太少、不能适应当前社会需求和学生就业,同时课程面比较窄、课程知识陈旧、缺乏前沿性等问题;研究生在读研期间参加实践的机会较多,但科研实践活动主要以校级为主;没有固定的专业课教材,教学方法单一,多为传统式的教授法;导师队伍年龄结构不合理,中坚力量不足,年龄老化严重,学历偏低,学缘结构和职称结构比较合理;研究生科研训练不足,发表的期刊论文数量和质量偏低;学校对研究生的中期考核的执行严格程度一般。
[Abstract]:Traditional national physical education is the latest secondary discipline in physical education, and its postgraduate education has a short course of development, and the training model is not yet mature. With the development of economy and society in our country, the demands of employing units for talents are changing day by day. The graduate students of traditional national sports in Northwest China can no longer fully adapt to the diverse needs of social development. Compared with other developed regions, the quality of cultivation still has a big gap. National traditional sports is the essence of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation. As the high-level talents of the national traditional sports, it should bear the heavy responsibility of inheriting and carrying forward the national traditional culture and carrying forward the spirit of national sports. In this study, five universities in Northwest China (Shaanxi normal University, Xi'an Institute of physical Education, Northwest normal University, Northwest National University, Northwest normal University, Northwest University for nationalities) were investigated by means of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. Xinjiang normal University) the in-depth investigation and analysis of the current training plan of the tutors of the master students of traditional national physical education and the postgraduate students of the national traditional physical education, from the training goal, the training direction and the study years, the curriculum arrangement and the practice link, The training links, such as course teaching and tutor guidance, scientific research training and degree thesis, training quality assurance system, etc., are discussed. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of cultivating master's degree students of traditional ethnic sports in Northwest China and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. The purpose of this study is to provide reliable and accurate information for the graduate education management department and the relevant graduate training units to fully understand the current situation of postgraduate training in traditional national sports. It has important theoretical value and practical guiding significance to promote the postgraduate training of national traditional physical education in Northwest China towards a more scientific and reasonable direction. The results show that: the training goal of traditional national sports graduate students in Northwest China is relatively clear, the degree of social adaptation and achievement is relatively high, the direction of training is not strict, and the learning years of some colleges and universities are not flexible enough; The curriculum is reasonable, but there are still some problems, such as the combination of theory and practice is not close, the total amount of curriculum is too small to adapt to the current social needs and students' employment, at the same time, the curriculum is relatively narrow, the curriculum knowledge is old, and the problems are lack of vanguard and so on. There are many opportunities for graduate students to participate in practice, but the practice of scientific research is mainly at the school level; there are no fixed professional teaching materials, teaching methods are single, most of them are traditional teaching methods; the age structure of tutors is unreasonable. Lack of backbone, serious aging of age, low academic background, reasonable structure of academic edge and professional title, insufficient scientific research and training of graduate students, low quantity and quality of periodical papers published; The school carries on the strict degree to the graduate student medium-term examination generally.
