泉州市生态经济系统运行状况与可持续发展研究

【摘要】:泉州市作为福建省的重要中心城市之—,在全省乃至整个海峡西岸经济区的发展中都有着举足轻重的地位,因而对其城市生态经济系统的运行状况和可持续发展能力进行全面的分析研究具有重要的现实意义。能值分析方法通过将不同类别不同形式的生态流转换成统—的度量标准,为科学地定量研究生态经济系统的可持续发展提供了重要的方法。但当前的能值分析方法尚存在—些不足之处,因而根据研究对象和研究目的需要对其加以改进有着重要的理论意义。首先,本文在对生态经济系统可持续发展和能值分析的国内外研究进展进行梳理的基础上,讨论了能值理论在生态经济系统可持续发展研究中的应用和存在的不足,分析了能值方法与经济计量分析方法相结合的重要性,并据此提出了所要研究的问题和所采用的方法,阐述了其理论意义和现实意义。其次,详细介绍了生态经济系统能值分析的基本原理、方法和步骤。构建能值分析的指标体系,讨论各项能值指标的意义。第三,根据前文介绍的能值分析基本方法核算出了泉州市生态经济系统1997-2012年各项能值流的数值。在此基础上,运用协整分析、Granger因果关系检验、误差修正模型等计量经济学模型对泉州市生态经济系统进行能值流量分析,考察系统历年各类能值流投入产出间在时间序列维度上的相互作用机制和动态特征。第四,在能值流量分析的基础上,结合前文构建的能值分析指标体系对泉州市生态经济系统进行能值指标分析。分时序动态变化分析、指标敏感性分析、横向比较分析三部分对系统运行状况和可持续水平的变化历程、对不同能值流变化的敏感程度以及在全省和全国中所处的地位进行了较全面的分析。第五,针对传统能值分析缺乏对可持续发展的动态机制进行系统研究的现状,对系统历年的可持续发展综合能值指标与经济发展水平之间的动态关系进行研究,探讨二者之间是否存在可持续发展库兹涅茨曲线(SDKC)的关系,并对这种关系背后的成因机制进行初步讨论。最后,总结了系统可持续发展的现状和存在的问题,据此提出了改善泉州市可持续发展状况的政策建议。
[Abstract]:As an important central city in Fujian Province, Quanzhou has a pivotal position in the development of the province and even the entire economic zone on the west side of the strait. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to make a comprehensive analysis and study on the operation status and sustainable development ability of its urban eco-economic system. The method of emergy analysis provides an important method for the scientific and quantitative study of the sustainable development of ecological and economic systems by converting different types of ecological flows into a standard of measurement. However, there are still some deficiencies in the current emergy analysis methods, so it is of great theoretical significance to improve the emergy analysis methods according to the research object and purpose. First of all, on the basis of combing the research progress of Eco-economic system sustainable development and emergy analysis at home and abroad, this paper discusses the application of emergy theory in the study of Eco-economic system sustainable development and its shortcomings. The importance of the combination of emergy method and econometric analysis method is analyzed, and the problems to be studied and the methods adopted are put forward, and its theoretical and practical significance is expounded. Secondly, the basic principle, method and steps of Eco-economic system emergy analysis are introduced in detail. The index system of emergy analysis is constructed and the significance of each emergy index is discussed. Thirdly, according to the basic method of emergy analysis, the value of emergy flow in Quanzhou Eco-economic system from 1997 to 2012 is calculated. On this basis, using the econometric models such as co-integration analysis Granger causality test and error correction model to analyze the emergy flow of the ecological economic system in Quanzhou City. The interaction mechanism and dynamic characteristics of various emergy streams in time series dimension were investigated. Fourthly, on the basis of emergy flow analysis, combined with the emergy analysis index system, this paper analyzes the emergy index of Quanzhou eco-economic system. Time series dynamic change analysis, index sensitivity analysis, horizontal comparison analysis of the three parts of the system operation status and sustainable level of change process, The sensitivity of different emergy flow and its position in the whole province and the whole country are analyzed. Fifth, in view of the lack of systematic research on the dynamic mechanism of sustainable development in traditional emergy analysis, the dynamic relationship between the comprehensive emergy index of sustainable development and the level of economic development in the past years of the system is studied. This paper discusses whether there is a relationship between the two systems of sustainable development Kuznets curve and SDKC, and discusses the mechanism behind the relationship. Finally, the present situation and existing problems of the system sustainable development are summarized, and the policy suggestions to improve the sustainable development situation of Quanzhou City are put forward.
