锅炉水循环系统运行状态仿真与事故预防

【摘要】:锅炉占据着国民经济中举足轻重地位,以锅炉产生的热能推动着各个行业的发展。锅炉水循环系统则是锅炉系统的核心所在,关键的能量的转换均在水循环系统中进行。水循环系统在运行中不仅承着受高温、高压与腐蚀,还得面临司炉工误操作与维护不足等不利因素极易造成锅炉水循环事故。本文首先分析锅炉的社会意义并根据国家安全生产监督管理总局给出的统计数据分析锅炉的常见问题;然后以常见问题为依据选取出锅炉系统中关键子系统—锅炉水循环系统进行进一步的研究;接着以锅炉水循环事故的演变过程为主干,分析在不同阶段进入系统的输入输出事件,并以热力学为理论基础建立锅炉水循环的数学模型;然后分析水循环系统内的传热效率,计算上升管的水动力与阻力大小,并锅炉自然循环故障的常见原因,同时以传热学、流体力学为基础建立数学模型;最后为了能够真实的再现锅炉事故的情景,模拟锅炉事故发生的演变过程,本文将以3ds Max为建模工具、Unity 3D为驱动引擎以及C#为编程语言进行本课题的开发。同时为了更好的呈现仿真效果,降低硬件渲染压力,本课题将尝试采用的一种新的方法Shader去编辑自定义的材质效果。本文的研究实现了锅炉水循环系统的状态模拟,能够真实的模拟锅筒中的水位变化与液面沸腾状态,能够模拟在不同工况下下降管与上升管中工质的流动、汽水两相的转化与管道本身受热后的状态变化等。此水循环系统模拟软件的意义在于能够帮助操作人员理解锅炉运作的原理,学习基本操作流程并提高紧急状态下的应急操作能力,这将有利于降低因司炉工误操作而导致的锅炉水循环事故。
[Abstract]:Boiler occupies a pivotal position in the national economy and promotes the development of various industries with the thermal energy generated by the boiler. Boiler water circulation system is the core of boiler system, and the key energy conversion is carried out in water circulation system. The water circulation system is not only subjected to high temperature, high pressure and corrosion, but also faced with the unfavorable factors, such as improper operation and insufficient maintenance of boiler workers, which can easily lead to boiler water circulation accident. This paper first analyzes the social significance of boiler and analyzes the common problems of boiler according to the statistical data given by the State Administration of production Safety Supervision and Administration. Then, based on the common problems, the key subsystem of boiler water circulation system is selected for further study, and then the evolution process of boiler water circulation accident is taken as the main part. The input and output events entering the system at different stages are analyzed, and the mathematical model of boiler water circulation is established on the basis of thermodynamics, and then the heat transfer efficiency in the water circulation system is analyzed to calculate the hydrodynamic force and resistance of the riser. At the same time, the mathematical model is established on the basis of heat transfer and fluid mechanics. Finally, in order to reproduce the scene of boiler accident, the evolution process of boiler accident is simulated. This paper uses 3ds Max as modeling tool and C # as programming language to develop this subject. At the same time, in order to show the simulation effect better and reduce the pressure of hardware rendering, this paper will try to use a new method Shader to edit the custom material effect. The research in this paper has realized the state simulation of boiler water circulation system, which can simulate the water level change and the boiling state of liquid level in the boiler tube, and simulate the flow of the working fluid in the descending tube and the rising tube under different working conditions. The transformation of steam-water two-phase and the change of the state of the pipe itself after heating. The purpose of this water circulation system simulation software is to help operators understand the principles of boiler operation, learn the basic operation process and improve the emergency operation capability. This will help to reduce boiler water circulation accidents caused by boiler workers' misoperation.
