太原市业余足球开展与发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：业余足球的发展是一个国家足球发展的基础,业余足球的大力普及和发展必将对整个国家足球运动水平的提高起到积极的作用和意义深远的影响。近两年,太原业余足球发展迅速,已经形成了良好的业余足球赛事体系,但是太原市业余足球快速发展的过程中,同样出现了一些值得注意的问题,这些问题影响到了太原市业余足球联赛更加健康发展的趋势。为了使太原市足球联赛更好的普及与提高,促使更多青少年和爱好足球的人士积极加入并参与到足球运动当中,把太原业余足球联赛体系与制度不断完善,最终塑造成为山西省各市业余足球开展的良好典范。所以对太原市业余足球发展现状进行研究,可以更好的了解我市业余足球发展的利弊之处。本文通过文献研究、问卷调查法、逻辑分析、数理统计等方法,对太原市业余足球参与者、球队、联赛等情况进行研究,发现与分析太原市业余足球发展过程中存在的问题,并对问题提出相应的对策。根据研究结果,得到以下结论:第一,太原市业余足球发展经历了三个重要阶段,即萌芽阶段,太原逐渐形成良好业余足球氛围,为业余足球的发展打下基础。探索阶段,业余足球球队增多,业余足球联盟会建立,全国性业余足球赛事进入太原,民间组织赛事逐渐增多。快速发展阶段,近三年,太原市业余足球发展较快,太原足球联盟建立,业余足球竞赛开始正规化。第二,太原市业余足球参与者情况,男性参与远远高于女性,足球比赛特点、传统观念、女性足球普及不够等造成女性参与较少的原因;参与者年龄主要集中在18-35岁,45岁以上就很少有人参与;参与者多数都接受过高等教育;多数参与者业余时间比较充足,且多数参与者基本能够保证在每周进行一次或一次业余足球活动;参与者经济收入水平主要集中在3000元以上,低于3000元的人多为学生群体;参与动机较为多元化,兴趣培养、健身与娱乐为参与者主要动机。第三,太原业余足球队伍逐渐壮大,近三年比赛,业余足球参赛队伍数量不断增长,参与人数、比赛场次都大幅增长与增加;从业余球队建队情况看,与朋友或与同事之间组建球队的形式是最为常见的,也是最主要的;球队经费上,目前形式较为多样,更多的球队会选择AA制来收入活动经费,也有一些球队通过赞助找到了解决经费问题的办法;球队管理上,多数球队均有制定管理制度,但在管理内容与方法上存在一定问题,需要进一步完善;球队训练上,大多数球队有教练员,但是专业水平不高,而有些球队还没有意识到教练员的重要性,同时训练频率上,绝大多数球队不会经常性的去组织训练,除非有比赛任务。第四,业余足球队竞赛方面,太原市已成立太原业余足球联盟,虽然成立时间较短,但是联盟组织机构完善,特别是裁判员团队虽然年轻,但是已具备了一定的经验,为业余比赛的公平与有序提供保障;赛事的宣传方面,方式多样,极大的提升了赛事的社会影响力;赛事维护方面,着重从赛事的规范性、纪律性、多样性及管理制度方面进行了加强,从而提升了赛事的影响力,为赛事带了社会关注与支持。第五,太原市业余足球发展中主要存在的问题有,场地与设施不足、足球活动形式过于单一,业余球队在经费、管理与训练上存在问题、业余足球赛事在团队、管理及权威性上存在问题,并针对以上问题,提出了相应的对策,以便及时解决问题。
