中等职业教育职业实用体育课程开发的实证研究

【摘要】:中等职业教育是在高中教育阶段开展的职业教育,目的是培养掌握技术技能、能够从事某种职业的专门性、基础性人才,从改革开放之初就受到国家重视。近些年来,随着经济社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高,国家进一步重视国民身体素质的提升。为贯彻落实国家“促进学生身心健康全面发展”等相关政策精神,有着鲜明的专业服务性特点的职业实用性体育应运而生。因此,本研究以汤阴职业技术教育中心为例,对中等职业教育职业实用体育课程开发进行研究,运用文献资料法,专家访谈法,问卷调查法,数理统计法,实验分析法,得出以下结论:(1)开设职业实用体育课程能够发展学生的职业体能,有效预防职业疾病,为学生未来职业的可持续发展提供健康保障,同时也符合新课程标准的理念。(2)目前,学校、教师等对职业实用体育的认识度和重视度均不足,课程改革空间大。(3)在中等教育中,有开设职业实用体育课程的现实土壤。(4)职业实用性体育课程的开设和推广,可以支持和丰富中等职业教育发展,同时能够提高学生的身体素质和职业体能。(5)作为中国传统文化的“导引保健”,对空乘职业病有一定保健预防效果并适合作为职业实用体育课程内容进行开设。鉴于此,建议加大中等职业学校对体育课程改革的重视,加强教师团队建设,深入开展职业实用性体育课程的研究。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is a kind of vocational education carried out in the stage of high school education. The purpose is to train and master the technical skills, to be able to engage in a certain professional, basic talents, from the beginning of the reform and opening up to the attention of the state. In recent years, with the development of economy and society and the improvement of people's living standard, the state pays more attention to the improvement of national physical quality. In order to carry out the national policy of "promoting students' physical and mental health development" and other related policies, professional and practical sports with distinct characteristics of professional service emerge as the times require. Therefore, this study takes Tangyin Vocational and Technical Education Center as an example to study the development of vocational practical physical education curriculum in secondary vocational education, using the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, experimental analysis, etc. We can draw the following conclusion: setting up a vocational practical physical education course can develop students' professional physical fitness, effectively prevent occupational diseases, and provide health protection for the students' future professional sustainable development. At the same time, it also conforms to the concept of new curriculum standards. Schools and teachers have insufficient understanding and attention to vocational practical physical education. There is a great space for curriculum reform in secondary education. In secondary education, there is a realistic soil of offering vocational practical physical education. 4) the offering and promotion of vocational practical physical education. It can support and enrich the development of secondary vocational education, and at the same time can improve the students' physical and professional fitness. It has certain health care and prevention effect for flight attendants and is suitable to be offered as the content of vocational practical physical education course. In view of this, it is suggested that the secondary vocational school should pay more attention to the reform of physical education curriculum, strengthen the construction of teachers' team, and carry out the research on the vocational practical physical education curriculum in depth.
