单元生产在K公司仪表生产线的应用研究

【摘要】:中国作为制造业大国,全球的制造业基地,一直以低价格、大批量的生产模式,承接全世界各种各样的制造订单。由于近年员工工资上涨,外汇持续走高,生产过程浪费巨大,中国制造业成本逐年升高。中国逐渐失去了低价的竞争优势。许多制造业逐渐向成本更低的东南亚迁移,珠三角、长三角大批企业面临困境。经济增长亟待转型。现在,中国制造业面临着如何从一个制造大国转为一个制造强国的转型时期。如何利用先进的管理方式,让中国企业不断提高竞争力,成功转型制造强国,是我们需要研究的课题。单元生产是脱胎于精益生产的一种现场生产组织方式。这种组织方式,占用空间小,人员配置灵活,生产线调整快速,可以帮助企业提高生产效率,改善产品质量,消除不必要的浪费,降低成本,减少库存,增大有效生产利用面积,提高制造业人员整体素质。是值得我们借鉴、学习的一种先进的生产组织形式。本文基于单元生产的基本理念,结合运用工业工程的相关理论学科知识以及精益生产的相关技术方法和工具,选取K公司的一条产品线(仪表产品生产线),通过对该产品线进行程序分析、作业分析、时间统计、研究和分析计算、过程浪费研究、绘制当前状况的价值流图,提出如何在此生产线建立单元生产模式,以及相应的生产调度计划、物料供料、人员配备方案等一系列的实施方案。将其作为研究单元生产是否能够使生产组织形式从大规格、单一品种,向小型化、柔性化的趋势变化的例证。K公司是一家源于德国传统仪表制造商,一直以专注于制造高品质的液位测量仪表,是液位测量仪表行业的领导品牌之一。但是现在市场变幻,客户需求越来越复杂、越来越多元化。K公司完成定制化的生产形式,如果找到突破口。我们结合了公司当前的环境与实际生产状况,发现单元生产模式可以帮助公司提高产线的柔性、提高生产效率、压缩交货期、减少生产浪费,对提高公司竞争力有着极为重要的意义。本文对K公司乃至其他制造企业在今后的生产线布局方式研究均有着重要的参考意义,同时也为生产线布局研究提供了许多现实的实践数据。
[Abstract]:As a large manufacturing country, China has been a manufacturing base in the world, with a low price, mass production model, to undertake a variety of manufacturing orders around the world. In recent years, the cost of manufacturing in China has increased year by year because of rising wages, rising foreign exchange and huge waste of production process. China is losing its competitive advantage of low prices. Many manufacturing industries gradually migrated to lower-cost Southeast Asia, and a large number of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta faced difficulties. Economic growth is in urgent need of transformation. Now, China's manufacturing industry is facing a transition from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power. How to make use of the advanced management way, let the Chinese enterprise continuously enhance the competition ability, successfully transform the manufacturing powerful country, is the subject that we need to study. Unit production is a kind of field production organization which is born out of lean production. This kind of organization, with small occupied space, flexible staffing and quick adjustment of production line, can help enterprises to improve production efficiency, improve product quality, eliminate unnecessary waste, reduce cost and reduce inventory. Increase effective production and utilization area, improve the overall quality of manufacturing personnel. Is worthy of our reference, learning an advanced form of production organization. Based on the basic concept of unit production, this paper combines the relevant theoretical knowledge of industrial engineering and the relevant technical methods and tools of lean production. A product line of K Company (instrument product line) is selected. Through program analysis, job analysis, time statistics, research and calculation, process waste research, value flow chart of current situation is drawn. This paper puts forward how to establish the unit production model in this production line, and a series of implementation schemes such as production scheduling plan, material supply scheme, personnel arrangement plan and so on. As an example of whether production as a research unit can lead to a change in production organization from large specifications, single varieties, to miniaturization and flexibility. K is a manufacturer of traditional instruments originating in Germany. Has been focused on manufacturing high-quality liquid level measuring instruments, is one of the leading brand of liquid level measuring instruments industry. But now the market changes, customer demand is more and more complex, more and more diversified. K company to complete the customized production form, if find a breakthrough. We combine the company's current environment with the actual production situation, and find that the unit production model can help the company to improve the flexibility of the production line, improve production efficiency, reduce delivery time, reduce production waste, To improve the competitiveness of the company has a very important significance. This paper has important reference significance for K Company and other manufacturing enterprises in the future production line layout research, but also provides a lot of practical data for the production line layout research.
