长春市九台区农户参与农民专业合作社意愿的影响因素研究

【摘要】：我国于2007年7月1日第一次颁布了关于合作社的法律----《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》,自从该法颁布以来,各类农民专业合作社如雨后春笋般涌现出来。合作社发展如此迅速,原因是它可以将农户与市场进行紧密的联系,提高农民的组织化程度。随着农业和农村经济的快速发展,九台区抓住历史机遇,大力发展农民专业合作社,使农民专业合作社得到了快速发展。但是随着合作社的不断发展,也暴露出农民参加合作社意愿不积极等问题,这些问题严重影响了合作社的健康发展。本文就是基于以上问题的考虑,研究长春市九台区农户参与农民专业合作社意愿的影响因素,目的是为该地区合作社的发展提出可行的建议,以此来提高农民的组织化程度和农业专业化、现代化水平。本文通过对长春市九台区农户的实地问卷调查,回收有效问卷190份,分析影响长春市九台区农户加入农民专业合作社意愿的影响因素。运用SPSS16.0统计分析软件,采用Logistic模型分析影响该地区参与农民专业合作社的影响因素。本文分为五章,具体内容如下:第一章绪论,主要阐述了选题背景及意义、研究目标与内容、研究方法、技术路线、论文的难点与可能的创新和不足,并对国内有关农民专业合作社发展的文献进行阐述。第二章分析了长春市九台区农业区域概况以及该区农民专业合作社发展的历程,并对农民专业合作社存在的问题进行详细的说明,主要有农民专业合作社体制机制不健全,缺乏规范化的管理、缺乏专业技术人员,技术水平普遍偏低、合作社缺乏发展资金,发展动力不足和合作社成立的目的不明确。第三章主要是通过对调查问卷的整理分析,对九台区农户参与农民专业合作社的影响因素进行描述性统计分析。第四章是根据调研数据,运用SPSS统计分析软件构建模型,分析九台区农户加入农民专业合作社意愿影响因素的方向和影响的程度大小。得出年龄、是否是村干部、务农人口数、价格波动情况、对合作社的了解程度、政府宣传、农技部门服务、资金问题对农户参与农民专业合作社有显著影响。其中,年龄、是否是村干部、价格波动情况、对合作社的了解程度、政府宣传、资金问题与参与农民专业合作社意愿呈正相关关系;务农人口数、农技部门的服务与参与农民专业合作社意愿呈负相关关系。第五章是结论与政策建议。根据九台区农民专业合作社存在的问题和影响农户加入农民专业合作社的因素,给出相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:China promulgated the law on cooperatives for the first time on July 1, 2007-the Law of the people's Republic of China on Farmers' specialized Cooperatives. Since the promulgation of this Law, all kinds of specialized Cooperatives of Farmers have sprung up. Cooperatives are developing so quickly because they can closely link farmers with the market and improve their organization. With the rapid development of agriculture and rural economy, Jiutai District grasps the historical opportunity and vigorously develops the farmers' specialized cooperatives, which makes the farmers' specialized cooperatives develop rapidly. However, with the continuous development of cooperatives, it also reveals that farmers' willingness to participate in cooperatives is not active and these problems seriously affect the healthy development of cooperatives. Based on the above considerations, this paper studies the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in farmers' professional cooperatives in Jiutai District, Changchun City, in order to put forward feasible suggestions for the development of cooperatives in this area. In order to improve the degree of organization of farmers and agricultural specialization, modernization level. Based on the field survey of farmers in Jiutai District of Changchun City, 190 valid questionnaires were collected, and the factors influencing the farmers' willingness to join the farmers' specialized cooperatives were analyzed. Using SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis software, Logistic model was used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers' professional cooperative participation in this area. This paper is divided into five chapters, the specific content is as follows: the first chapter introduction, mainly elaborated the selected topic background and the significance, the research goal and the content, the research method, the technical route, the paper difficult point and the possible innovation and the insufficiency, And related domestic farmer specialized cooperative development literature carries on the elaboration. The second chapter analyzes the general situation of the agricultural area in Jiutai District of Changchun City and the course of the development of the farmers' specialized cooperatives in this area, and explains in detail the problems existing in the farmers' specialized cooperatives, which mainly include the imperfect system and mechanism of the farmers' specialized cooperatives. Lack of standardized management, lack of professional and technical personnel, the technical level is generally low, cooperatives lack of development funds, lack of motivation for development and the purpose of co-operative establishment is unclear. The third chapter is to analyze the influencing factors of farmers' participation in farmers' professional cooperatives in Jiutai district through the analysis of questionnaire. The fourth chapter is based on the survey data, using SPSS statistical analysis software to build a model to analyze the direction and extent of influence factors of farmers' willingness to join farmers' professional cooperatives in Jiutai district. It is concluded that age, village cadres, population, price fluctuation, the level of understanding of cooperatives, government propaganda, agricultural technical services and funds have a significant impact on farmers' participation in farmers' specialized cooperatives. Among them, age, whether village cadres, price fluctuation, the level of understanding of cooperatives, government propaganda, capital issues and the willingness to participate in farmers' professional cooperatives are positively correlated; the number of people working in agriculture, The service of agricultural technology department is negatively related to the willingness to participate in farmers' professional cooperative. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and policy suggestion. According to the existing problems of farmers' professional cooperatives in Jiutai District and the factors affecting farmers' joining the farmers' specialized cooperatives, the corresponding policy suggestions are given.
