制造企业绿色供应链管理与企业绩效关系研究—资源承诺的调节作用

【摘要】：制造业的飞速发展在为我们带来了大量物质财富的同时,消耗了大量自然资源,造成了严重的环境污染。随着环境污染的不断加剧,政府环保法律法规的相继出台及公众的绿色消费理念逐步深入,制造业企业不得不反思自己的生产运作行为,从传统的供应链管理向绿色供应链管理演化。然而,绿色供应链管理实施过程中的诸多困难,造成了我国制造企业没有积极主动地实施绿色供应链管理。基于此,本文研究实施绿色供应链管理和企业经济绩效变化之间的关系,探讨资源承诺对其的调节作用,进一步推动绿色供应链管理研究课题。本文通过文献回顾,提出研究问题并确定文章思路。首先界定了绿色供应链管理实践的主要内容包括内部环境管理(EM)、外部绿色协作(EC);其次确定本文研究环境绩效和经济绩效,对绿色供应链管理实践和企业经济绩效之间的相互作用提出假设;文末考证了资源承诺对绿色供应链管理和经济绩效、环境绩效关系的调节作用。利用由全球制造业研究组(GMRG)收集到的245份问卷,综合使用SPSS20和AMOS21进行描述性统计分析、信效度检验等。最后用结构方程模型,对问卷数据进行拟合,检验绿色供应链管理与绩效的关系;运用多元线性回归的方法验证资源承诺的调节作用,并根据对假设检验的结果进行分析。结果显示,绿色供应链管理实践在不同程度上对企业环境绩效产生正向影响;绿色供应链管理实践并不能直接为企业带来经济绩效,但践行绿色供应链管理所带来的环境改善能够促进企业的经济绩效;资源承诺对绿色供应链管理实践和企业环境绩效、经济绩效之间的关系存在显著的调节作用。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of manufacturing industry not only brings us a lot of material wealth, but also consumes a lot of natural resources and causes serious environmental pollution. With the increasing of environmental pollution, the promulgation of government environmental protection laws and regulations and the gradual deepening of the public's concept of green consumption, manufacturing enterprises have to reflect on their own production and operation behavior. From traditional supply chain management to green supply chain management. However, many difficulties in the implementation of green supply chain management result in the failure of Chinese manufacturing enterprises to actively implement green supply chain management. Based on this, this paper studies the relationship between the implementation of green supply chain management and the change of enterprise economic performance, discusses the regulatory effect of resource commitment on it, and further promotes the research topic of green supply chain management. By reviewing the literature, this paper puts forward the research problems and determines the ideas of the article. Firstly, it defines the main contents of green supply chain management, including internal environmental management (EM), external green cooperation (EC), and then determines that this paper studies environmental performance and economic performance. The hypothesis of the interaction between green supply chain management practice and enterprise economic performance is put forward, and the role of resource commitment in regulating the relationship between green supply chain management and economic performance and environmental performance is studied in the end of this paper. A total of 245 questionnaires collected by the Global Manufacturing Research Group (GMRG) were used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis and reliability validity test with SPSS20 and AMOS21. Finally, the structural equation model is used to fit the questionnaire data to test the relationship between green supply chain management and performance, and the multiple linear regression method is used to verify the regulatory effect of resource commitment, and the results of hypothesis test are analyzed. The results show that the practice of green supply chain management has a positive impact on the environmental performance of enterprises in varying degrees, and the practice of green supply chain management can not directly bring economic performance to enterprises. However, the environmental improvement brought by green supply chain management can promote the economic performance of enterprises, and resource commitment has a significant role in regulating the relationship between green supply chain management practice, enterprise environmental performance and economic performance.
