【摘要】：分析仪器产业作为国民经济中十分重要的战略性和基底性产业,起着工业与信息化水乳交融的源头作用,对于新兴产业的战略性发展,与此同时也在助推工业转型升级、积极促推现代国防建设、促进广大人民生活水平质量提升有着积极的助力功能。国防设施与一些重大工程领域、核心工业装备中,智能化传感器及仪器仪表以及他们所构成的测控系统同样也是不可或缺的重要装备与基底性系统性技术,其影响非常直接的涉及国家安全与国民经济安全的各个方面。工业化发达国家绝大多数都把智能化仪器仪表技术制定为国家发展战略。从二十一世纪开始以来,我国仪器仪表产业的销售额也在不断刷新纪录:2004年产销1000亿元,2006年产销2000亿元,2009年产销4000亿元,2013年达到7000亿元,2014年突破8000亿元,到2016年业内预计将会突破10000亿元大关。党的“十八大”以来,坚持科学发展观,实施创新驱动发展战略,推进供给侧调整,推动产业机构优化升级。为贯彻落实《工业转型升级规划(2011-2015年)》与《“十二五”国家战略性新兴产业发展规划》,撸起袖子加快增强智能化传感器与仪器仪表产业的国际竞争力与创新升级能力,助力智能化传感器与仪器仪表产业持续、协调、发展、创新,为了达到这个目的,国务院相关各部委及国家标准化管理委员会会同开会研究制定了《加快推进传感器及智能化仪器仪表产业发展行动计划》。在2013-2025年期间该机会就展开实施。在此期间,战略性新兴产业事业如何更好更有效地开展也得到了国务院的指导,为此专门组织编制了《战略性新兴产业重点产品和服务指导目录》来指导各地区、各部门开展发展培育,发展改革委会同各有关部门。能源计量、节能监测、智能测控装置、高效储能等仪器仪表、应急处理和设备环境监测仪器都醒目的出现在这个目录里。中国工程院在“制造业强国战略研究”的一个项目--仪器专业领域的专门课题小组启动会召开,中国工程院立项,研究“制造业强国战略研究”该咨询项目,该项目的主要内容包含:指出如何制定制造业强国的具体标准体系;根据国际上以及国内的制造业发展的现状,分析现阶段中国制造业发展困境的原因;由此制定出利于下阶段中国制造业崛起的措施与建议。因此在不久的将来中国的分析仪器市场的增长必将势不可挡。首先本文阐述了本文的研究背景以及论文的研究意义,在此基础上提出了本文所研究的内容和研究方法,参考了国外一些专家学者的先进的研究成果,并将其作为本文研究的理论依据。其次本文在梳理了浪声仪器的企业概况,系统性的整理了分析仪器行业的基础信息。并提出了浪声仪器现阶段所存在的一些问题。再次笔者对浪声仪器的外部战略环境、内部战略环境进行了系统的分析得出了浪声仪器当前所面临的外部环境的机遇与威胁、内部环境的优势和劣势。在此基础上,作者运用SWOT分析对苏州浪声科学仪器有限公司的备选战略做出了分析研判,然后运用QSPM矩阵对苏州浪声科学仪器有限公司的战略进行了选择。最后在为实现浪声仪器的愿景与使命的大前提下,并根据浪声仪器的公司价值观及战略目标,制定出了浪声仪器的成长型战略实施方案。本文分析总结出了浪声仪器的主要战略实施方案有:施行与高校院所、科研机构及分析仪器行业利益相关者的产品协同开发。建立完善的营销网络,扩大市场占有率。重点提高企业产品在传统核心行业的营销能力,加强浪声品牌建设。进行多渠道融资,同时通过申报与公关多争取政府财政与税收方面的大力支持。做好人力资源管理体系建设,为公司未来的发展,做好人力资源储备。
