协同创新中心生态机制影响因素研究

【摘要】：当今世界正处于一个大的发展、变革和调整时期,世界多极化、经济全球化深入发展,世界格局时刻发生新的变化。创新正日益成为一个国家综合竞争力的核心要素和社会经济发展的主要驱动力,而我国正面临着创新产能不足的困境,它致使我国在教育、科技、经济等方面与世界发达国家存在一定的差距。在这种大背景下,胡锦涛在清华百年校庆上提出要“积极推动协同创新,促进高等教育与科技、经济、文化的有机结合”,教育部、财政部紧随其后启动“2011计划”,重在对高校进行机制体制改革,以推动高校内部与外部创新力量之间创新要素的融合发展,建立协同创新模式,加快我国的创新型国家建设。鉴于我国协同创新中心的建设正处于初级阶段,以及协同创新中心在我国创新事业中所扮演的重要角色,对协同创新中心进行探索研究,分析其生态运行机制的影响因素很有必要。本文基于创新系统理论、生态学理论和协同理论,首先,选取8家国家级首批协同创新中心进行多案例研究,运用扎根理论对收集到数据进行开放性编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,发掘出协同创新中心生态运行机制的影响因素,并通过了理论饱和度检验。研究表明:创新生态环境、创新保障体系、创新生态组织、创新生态动力和创新生态能力是影响协同创新中心生态运行机制的5大因素,并据此构建出我国协同创新中心生态机制影响因素理论模型;其次,在上述案例研究和文献阅读的基础上,提出了本文的研究假设并构建了实证模型。通过发放调查问卷获得所需的实证数据,运用SPSS20.0对问卷数据进行描述性统计分析、相关分析、回归分析对对本文提出的“影响因素——创新绩效”之间的关系进行验证,并对验证结果进行分析讨论。最后,结合案例研究与实证结果,针对协同创新中心生态机制5大影响因素提出提高创新绩效的对策。本文的创新点可以概括为以下2个方面:(1)采用多案例研究方法,运用扎根理论发掘出协同创新中心生态机制影响因素,并据此构建了协同创新中心生态机制影响因素理论模型。(2)基于案例研究和文献阅读,设计了实证研究模型,通过调查数据对协同创新中心生态机制影响因素与创新绩效之间关系进行了实证研究,得出影响因素与创新绩效显著正相关关系以及关系强度,对提高协同创新中心创新绩效具有重要的意义。本文采用了规范的质性案例研究方法和定量的实证研究,得出的关于我国协同创新生态机制影响因素方面的结论对我国目前处于起步阶段的中心建设具有一定的参考价值。但由于缺乏跨时间的比较案例研究和调查样本数量有限等原因,还需要更进一步的研究。
[Abstract]:The world is in a big development, in the period of change and adjustment, the world is multi polarization, the economic globalization is developing deeply, the world pattern is changing all the time. The innovation is becoming the core element of the comprehensive competitiveness of a country and the main driving force of the social and economic development, and China is facing the dilemma of the lack of innovation capacity. In this context, Hu Jintao proposed to "actively promote synergistic innovation, promote higher education and science and technology, economy, culture," under this big background, the Ministry of education and the Ministry of Finance followed up the "2011 plan", and emphasized In order to promote the integration and development of innovation elements between the internal and external innovation forces in Colleges and universities, a cooperative innovation model is set up to accelerate the construction of the innovative country in our country. On the basis of innovation system theory, ecological theory and cooperative theory, first, we select the first batch of 8 national cooperative innovation centers to carry out multiple case studies, and use the grounded theory to encode the data. The influence factors of the ecological operation mechanism of the cooperative innovation center are discovered by axis coding and selective coding, and the theoretical saturation test is adopted. The research shows that the 5 factors that affect the ecological operation mechanism of the cooperative innovation center are the innovative ecological environment, the innovation guarantee system, the innovation ecological organization, the innovation ecological power and the innovative ecological ability. Secondly, on the basis of the above case study and literature reading, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and constructs an empirical model. Through the issuance of questionnaires, the necessary empirical data are obtained, and SPSS20.0 is used to make descriptive statistical analysis on the questionnaire data. Analysis, regression analysis on the relationship between the "influence factors - innovation performance" proposed in this paper and the analysis and discussion of the results. Finally, combining the case study and the empirical results, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the innovation performance of the 5 influential factors of the cooperative innovation center ecological mechanism. The innovation points of this paper can be summarized. The following 2 aspects are as follows: (1) using the multi case study method, using the grounded theory to discover the factors affecting the ecological mechanism of cooperative innovation center, and then build a theoretical model of the influence factors of the ecological mechanism of cooperative innovation center. (2) based on case study and literature reading, an empirical research model is designed, and the collaborative innovation center is carried out through the survey data. The relationship between the influence factors of the ecological mechanism and the innovation performance is empirically studied, and the significant positive correlation and the intensity of the relationship between the influencing factors and the innovation performance are obtained, which are of great significance to the improvement of the innovation performance of the cooperative innovation center. The conclusion of the factors affecting the cooperative innovation ecological mechanism of China has a certain reference value to the construction of China's central construction at the beginning stage, but it needs further research because of the lack of cross time comparative case study and the limited number of samples.
