电能计量设备自动化检定系统测量精度分析及校准方案研究

【摘要】:随着国家电网公司集约化管理政策的推行,计量设备检定工作逐步向省级计量中心集中,检定任务日益繁重,这使得自动化检定系统的建设备受关注。电能表和用电信息采集终端作为重要的电力计量设备,同时也是自动化检定系统的主要检定对象,其计量准确性至关重要,因此自动化检定的基本误差测量精度问题不容忽视,研究分析自动化检定系统的测量精度及校准方案具有重大的理论和工程意义。论文介绍了电能计量设备自动化检定系统,其通过对被检计量设备的外形尺寸进行分类,构建基本检定单元,设计出二表位与六表位承载托盘、移载机器人,并利用RFID识别计量设备类别,以进入不同的检定流程,突破了计量设备尺寸、检定流程不同的瓶颈,实现了七种计量设备的兼容式检定,包括单相电能表、三相直接接入式电能表、三相经互感器接入式电能表、采集器Ⅰ型、集中器Ⅰ型、集中器Ⅱ型及专变采集终端Ⅲ型。论文分析了三相四线直接接入式电能表检定数据,发现个别基本误差严重超出最大允许误差限值,并利用格拉布斯准则进行粗大误差判别,结果表明严重越限的基本误差可视为粗大误差剔除。针对传统的基本误差计算方案无法完全规避粗大误差影响的问题,提出了基于格拉布斯准则的新型基本误差计算方案。论文设计了单相电能表、三相四线直接接入式电能表与三相四线经互感器接入式电能表自动化检定与人工台检定的对比实验,发现自动化检定与人工台检定结果差值呈现差值偏负现象。以三相四线直接接入式电能表的检定数据为分析样本,从检定接线原理上分析了差值偏负现象,并设计接触电阻对基本误差测量值影响实验。通过理论和实验分析,得到自动化检定台体的自动压接装置与外部联接导线的接触电阻偏大时,会导致自动化检定基本误差结果偏负的结论,且接触电阻越大,偏负现象越严重。并针对性地提出了降低接触电阻的校准措施。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the intensive management policy of State Grid Company, the verification of measuring equipment is gradually concentrated in the provincial metrology center, and the task of verification is increasingly heavy, which makes the construction of automatic verification system more and more concerned. As an important power metering equipment, the electric energy meter and the terminal of electric information collection are also the main verification objects of the automatic verification system. The accuracy of the measurement is very important, so the measurement accuracy of the basic error of the automatic verification can not be ignored. It is of great theoretical and engineering significance to study and analyze the measurement accuracy and calibration scheme of automatic verification system.
