广西壮族自治区钦州市观光休闲农业发展研究

【摘要】：随着现代社会的不断发展,人们对诗意生活的渴望日益加剧,因此观光休闲农业应运而生。观光休闲农业的出现,能够让人们在田野中感受到万物的美好,体验劳动的乐趣,收获生活的满足。通过对广西钦州市的观光休闲农业发展研究,为该地区的农业经济发展提供一些建议,进而促进该地区新农村建设、更好地打造城乡工程,进而不仅有利于广西钦州市旅游业的发展,还促进了广西钦州市经济的发展,美丽广西目标的实现。通过运用文献研究、实地调查、计量统计的方法对广西钦州市观光休闲农业的发展开展研究。在分析广西钦州市观光休闲农业发展的内容方面,首先,对观光休闲农业研究的理论基础和相关概念进行诠释,通过对休闲经济学、可持续发展理论、体验经济理论开展相关性分析初步形成对观光休闲理论的认知。此外,通过充分阐述观光休闲农业的概念、观光休闲农业的特征、观光休闲农业的功能和观光休闲农业发展的影响因素,进而为广西壮族自治区钦州市观光休闲农业发展的研究奠定深厚的理论基础。其次,对广西钦州市观光休闲农业的SWOT分析。根据广西钦州市的基本情况,观光休闲农业发展状况,项目介绍等等相关前提,运用SWOT的分析方法,充分解析了广西钦州市观光休闲农业的优势分析(S)、发展劣势(W)、发展机会(O)和发展挑战(T)。再次,阐述了广西钦州市观光休闲农业发展存在的问题：宏观管理力度不足,多样问题并发；发展模式单一,缺乏多样性；旅游品牌不突出,形象定位不明确；特色农产品开发不充分,产业链附加值不高；前期规划开发缺乏合理性,生态保护较弱。最后,根据广西钦州市观光休闲农业发展存在的问题提出相应的解决对策：加大政府扶持力度,提高发展水平；创新发展模式,实现产品多样化；打造优势品牌,宣传品牌形象；构建特色产业链,提高产业链附加值；加大旅游环境保护,实现经济环境协调发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of modern society, people's desire for poetic life is increasing day by day, so sightseeing and leisure agriculture comes into being. The appearance of sightseeing and leisure agriculture can make people feel the beauty of everything in the field, experience the pleasure of labor, and reap the satisfaction of life. Through the study on the development of sightseeing and leisure agriculture in Qinzhou City, Guangxi, some suggestions are provided for the development of agricultural economy in this area, thus promoting the construction of new rural areas in this area and better building urban and rural projects. It not only benefits the development of tourism in Qinzhou, but also promotes the development of economy and the realization of the goal of beautiful Guangxi. This paper studies the development of sightseeing and leisure agriculture in Qinzhou city of Guangxi province by means of literature research, field investigation and metrological statistics. In analyzing the content of tourism and leisure agriculture development in Qinzhou, Guangxi, first of all, the theoretical basis and related concepts of tourism and leisure agriculture research are explained, and the theory of sustainable development through leisure economics. The experience economy theory develops the correlation analysis to the sightseeing leisure theory initially forms the cognition. In addition, by fully elaborating the concept of sightseeing and leisure agriculture, the characteristics of sightseeing and leisure agriculture, the functions of sightseeing and leisure agriculture and the factors affecting the development of sightseeing and leisure agriculture, It lays a deep theoretical foundation for the development of sightseeing and leisure agriculture in Qinzhou City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region. Secondly, the SWOT analysis of sightseeing and leisure agriculture in Qinzhou, Guangxi. According to the basic situation of Qinzhou City, Guangxi, the development situation of sightseeing and leisure agriculture, the project introduction and other relevant preconditions, the SWOT analysis method is used. The advantages and disadvantages of sightseeing and Leisure Agriculture in Qinzhou City Guangxi Province; (S), developing disadvantage (W), developing opportunity (O) and developing Challenge (T). Thirdly, the paper expounds the problems existing in the development of tourism and leisure agriculture in Qinzhou, Guangxi: the macro management is insufficient, the various problems are concurrency, the development mode is single, lack of diversity, the tourism brand is not prominent, and the image positioning is not clear; The development of characteristic agricultural products is not sufficient, the added value of industry chain is not high, and the early planning and development is lack of rationality and ecological protection is weak. Finally, according to the problems existing in the development of tourism and leisure agriculture in Qinzhou, Guangxi, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: increasing government support, improving the level of development, innovating the development model, realizing diversification of products, creating superior brands, Promote the brand image, construct the characteristic industry chain, improve the added value of the industry chain, strengthen the protection of tourism environment, and realize the coordinated development of economic environment.
