【摘要】：我国转变经济发展方式,调整经济结构的任务越来越艰巨,资源环境对经济发展的制约也越来越严重。我国近年来不断增加科技创新的投入,力争通过发展高新技术培养新的经济增长点,抢占经济增长新的制高点。加快发展高新技术企业,对于推进产业结构调整和升级、转变经济发展方式,提升我国自主创新能力和国际竞争力,促进经济社会可持续发展具有非常重要的意义。高新技术企业是知识密集型和技术密集型的企业,如何最大限度地获取和吸收外部知识、将外部知识转化为企业内部知识进而运用于企业创新过程中,形成以企业创新能力为主的企业核心竞争力是高新技术企业发展的关键。本文将知识获取、吸收能力和企业创新能力这几个企业创新的关键因素整合在一个理论框架中,构建了知识获取、吸收能力和高新技术企业创新能力关系的理论模型,研究各要素之间的关系,在理论上有助于企业创新能力理论研究的补充和完善,具有一定的理论研究价值;在实证研究中,通过对知识获取、吸收能力和高新技术企业创新能力三者之间关系的分析,可以明确知识获取、吸收能力各维度对高新技术企业创新能力的影响,揭示高新技术企业知识获取的内在机制,有利于高新技术企业更好地采取措施获取外部知识、提高企业吸收能力,对于高新技术企业创新能力的提升具有重要的实际应用价值。本文首先对知识获取、吸收能力、创新能力的国内外相关文献进行了综述,总结出需要进一步研究的问题。接下来本文以创新理论和以知识为基础的企业理论为理论研究基础,以高新技术企业为研究对象,对知识获取、吸收能力和创新能力的内涵进行定义并且进行了维度划分,以此为基础构建了高新技术企业知识获取、吸收能力和创新能力之间关系的理论模型,提出了理论模型中各变量之间关系的研究假设。在提出理论模型和研究假设之后,本文设计了测量高新技术企业知识获取、吸收能力和创新能力的调查量表,确定了每个潜变量各维度包含的题项,通过小样本数据的探索性因子分析,删除了不好的题项,进一步精炼了量表;通过大样本数据的验证性因子分析,对量表的信度、效度进行了检验。使用结构方程模型和计量模型对大样本数据进行实证分析,检验了理论模型中提出的研究假设,揭示了知识获取、吸收能力和创新能力之间的关系,知识获取、吸收能力对高新技术企业创新能力有积极的促进作用,吸收能力在知识获取和创新能力之间具有显著的中介作用,这是本文的主要结论,这些结论对提升高新技术企业的创新能力具有一定的启示作用。本文的创新之处主要体现在:(1)将知识获取、吸收能力这两个影响高新技术企业创新能力的关键因素和企业创新能力整合在一个理论框架中,从理论上揭示了知识获取、吸收能力对高新技术企业创新能力的影响。从知识属性角度将知识获取划分为显性知识获取和隐性知识获取两个维度,分析它们和企业吸收能力、企业创新能力的关系,比较分析了显性知识获取和隐性知识获取对企业吸收能力和创新能力影响的差异性。(2)研究知识获取对企业创新能力的影响过程中,考虑了吸收能力这个企业内部变量,提出并验证了它和知识获取、创新能力之间的关系,以及它在知识获取和创新能力之间发挥的中介作用。
[Abstract]:Our country has changed the way of economic development, the task of adjusting economic structure is more and more difficult, and the restriction of resource environment to economic development is becoming more and more serious. In recent years, our country has continuously increased the investment of science and technology innovation, and strive to develop new economic growth points through the development of new and high technology, and seize the new commanding heights of economic growth. To accelerate the development of high-tech enterprises, it is very important to promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, transform the way of economic development, promote the independent innovation ability and international competitiveness of our country, and promote the sustainable development of economy and society. High-tech enterprises are knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive enterprises, how to maximize and absorb external knowledge, transform external knowledge into enterprise internal knowledge and apply it to enterprise innovation process, The key to the development of high-tech enterprises is to form the core competitive power of enterprises with the enterprise's innovation ability. In this paper, the key factors of knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity and enterprise innovation ability are integrated in a theoretical framework, and the theoretical model of the relationship between knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity and innovation ability of high-tech enterprises is built, and the relationship among the elements is studied. In theory, it is helpful to complement and perfect the theoretical research of enterprise's innovation ability, and have certain theoretical research value. In the empirical research, through the analysis of the relationship between knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity and innovation ability of high-tech enterprises, we can make clear the knowledge acquisition. The influence of each dimension of absorptive capacity on the innovation ability of high-tech enterprises reveals the intrinsic mechanism of knowledge acquisition of high-tech enterprises, which is beneficial to the better measures taken by high-tech enterprises to acquire external knowledge and improve the absorptive capacity of enterprises. It is of great practical value to improve the innovation ability of high-tech enterprises. This paper reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad on knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity and innovation ability, and summarizes the problems that need to be further studied. Then, based on the theory of innovation and knowledge-based enterprise, this paper defines and divides the connotation of knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity and innovation ability based on the research object of high-tech enterprises. On the basis of this, the theoretical model of the relationship between knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity and innovation ability of high-tech enterprises is built, and the research hypothesis of the relationship among the variables in the theoretical model is put forward. After the theoretical model and the research hypothesis are put forward, this paper designs a survey scale to measure the knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity and innovation ability of high-tech enterprises, determines the items included in each dimension of each latent variable, and deletes bad questions through exploratory factor analysis of small sample data. The scale was further refined, and the reliability and effectiveness of the scale were tested by confirmatory factor analysis of large sample data. Using the structural equation model and the measurement model to analyze the large sample data, the research hypothesis put forward in the theoretical model is tested, the relation between knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity and innovation ability is revealed, knowledge acquisition is revealed, The absorptive capacity plays an active role in the innovation ability of high-tech enterprises. The absorptive capacity plays an important role in the knowledge acquisition and innovation ability. This is the main conclusion of this paper. These conclusions have a certain enlightenment on improving the innovation ability of high-tech enterprises. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in: (1) Knowledge acquisition and absorptive capacity are the key factors that affect the innovation ability of high-tech enterprises and the innovation ability of enterprises are integrated in a theoretical framework, which reveals the knowledge acquisition theoretically. The influence of absorptive capacity on innovation ability of high-tech enterprises. The knowledge acquisition is divided into explicit knowledge acquisition and tacit knowledge acquisition two dimensions from the knowledge attribute angle, and the relationship between them and enterprise absorptive capacity and enterprise innovation capability is analyzed. The difference of the influence of explicit knowledge acquisition and tacit knowledge acquisition on absorptive capacity and innovation ability of enterprises is analyzed. (2) In the process of studying the influence of knowledge acquisition on enterprise innovation ability, considering the internal variables of absorptive capacity, this paper puts forward and verifies the relationship between it and knowledge acquisition and innovation ability, as well as its mediating role in knowledge acquisition and innovation ability.
