军队短信管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:手机作为大众通讯工具,其使用已相当普遍。但是由于军队对保密的特殊要求,除个别经过批准的岗位人员以外,普通士兵并不能持有或使用手机。不是批准使用手机对象但持有手机的士兵,按规定必须将手机上缴所在单位集中保管,在其回家探亲时发还使用,返回部队后再集中保管。在军事基地以及演习期间更是严禁使用任何非列装通信设备。但一次军事演习或驻训往往持续数月之久,从人性化管理的角度来说,士兵也有联系家人和朋友的需求,长时间不与外届联络也会严重影响士气,发生思想波动,因此产生了研制建设短信管理平台的需求。本文所设计的军队短信息管理系统选择了基于Windows系统平台上的客户端/服务器的架构方式。选择了MySql作为数据库系统。收发短信的硬件设备使用短消息调制解调器,软硬件集成系统通过实际验证,用户接口交互方式友善,运行稳定可靠。本文首先描述了军队短信系统的需求分析,从分析当前军队士兵和亲友沟通时所需要的基本功能业务入手,其基本的业务包括两个:发送信息业务、接收并且转发信息业务。根据此基本业务进一步分析出整个系统所需的相关管理、操作、统计的功能需求:用户管理功能、单位管理功能、收发信息功能、查询统计功能、计费管理功能等等。并且根据业务需求相关数据建立起模型。根据需求还着重详述了系统的设计,先后阐明了系统的整体结构设计以及系统中各个功能模块的划分。依据系统功能模块分解的内容,对系统当中的主要功能模块的设计给出描述,其主要功能模块包括了单位管理模块、用户管理模块、收发信息管理模块、信息查询统计模块、计费管理模块。接着给出主要数据的表结构设计。依据功能模块分解的结果还说明了基本模块的实现,单位、用户、收发信息、信息查询统计、信息计费模块的具体实现,最后还预见了完善本系统所需要继续完成的工作。本文阐述军队短信管理系统不但给士兵和亲友建立了更加良好的沟通平台,而且提高了管理人员的工作效率,因而具有很好的社会和经济价值。
[Abstract]:As a mass communication tool, mobile phone has been widely used. But because of the military's special requirements for secrecy, ordinary soldiers are not allowed to hold or use mobile phones, except for individual authorized personnel. Soldiers who are not authorized to use mobile phones but who hold mobile phones must, according to regulations, hand over their mobile phones to their units for centralized custody, return them for use when they go home to visit relatives, and then centralize their custody after returning to the army. The use of any non-mounted communications equipment is prohibited at military bases and during exercises. However, a military exercise or a military training usually lasts for several months. From the point of view of humanized management, soldiers also have the need to contact family and friends, and long periods of time without contact with other people can seriously affect morale and cause ideological fluctuations. Therefore, the development and construction of short message management platform needs. The military short message management system designed in this paper chooses the client / server architecture based on Windows platform. MySql is chosen as the database system. The short message modem is used in the hardware device for sending and receiving short message. The hardware and software integration system is verified by practice. The user interface is friendly and runs stably and reliably. This paper first describes the requirement analysis of the military short message system, starting with the analysis of the basic functional services needed by soldiers and relatives to communicate at present. The basic services include two services: sending information, receiving and forwarding information. According to the basic business, the function requirements of the whole system such as user management, unit management, sending and receiving information, query and statistics, accounting management and so on are analyzed. And build up the model according to the relevant data of business requirement. According to the requirement, the design of the system is emphasized, and the whole structure of the system and the partition of each function module in the system are expounded successively. According to the content of the decomposition of the system function module, the design of the main function module in the system is described. The main function module includes the unit management module, the user management module, the transceiver information management module, the information query and statistics module. Billing management module. Then the table structure design of the main data is given. According to the results of functional module decomposition, the realization of the basic module, unit, user, receiving and sending information, information query and statistics, information accounting module is also explained. Finally, the work that needs to be completed to perfect the system is foreseen. This paper expounds that the military short message management system not only establishes a better communication platform for soldiers and relatives, but also improves the working efficiency of the managers, so it has a good social and economic value.
