威海供电公司农电生产管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着人民生活水平的不断提高,社会不断地发展进步,经济也在不断地发展,人民对生活质量的要求也在提高。各市供电公司农电生产管理的水平也都各不相同,如何有效的提高管理系统的工作效率成为了威海供电公司关注的焦点。该论文针对目前的供电管理现状进行研究,通过对威海市供电公司农电生产管理系统的设计,提高威海供电公司农电生产管理的工作效率,使电力的各项工作能够高效运行,安全性高、可靠性高、功能性强,提高管理水平,降低成本优化业务流程,切实为人民着想。该系统的技术架构是根据当下最为流行的开发技术和农电生产管理的实际情况,采用三大框架SSH:Struts、Spring、Hibernate开发模式。SSH中使用Struts框架将MVC分离开,把相应页面展示出来;用Hibernate框架完成用户与数据库之间的交互,使用Spring框架结构的目的是处理各业务模块间的逻辑。采用SQLServer 2014作为数据库服务。威海供电公司农电生产管理系统实现了电网资源、检修、运行、现场标准化、小水电的管理。电网资源管理业务分为四个管理功能,分别是电网结构10kv线路管理,电网结构台区管理,接线图管理和查询统计管理。检修管理业务根据不同的功能分为停电检修记录管理,设备检修管理,事故抢修值班管理和查询统计管理四部分。运行管理业务包括巡视管理,评级管理,缺陷管理,测试周期,运行记录,设备异动,生产工具器、仪器仪表,备品备件管理,生产技术培训管理和查询统计管理业务。现场标准化管理分为两大部分:指导卡管理和安全监管管理。小水电站的管理可以概括为基本信息管理,大坝安全管理,防汛检查管理,班组人员管理,安全隐患管理,安全生产评级管理六大功能。系统的正常运行提高了工作效率,安全性高,操作简洁方便,辅助威海供电公司管理工作的开展,实现系统管理的自动化,降低了成本,对更进一步的提高农电生产的管理水平和更好更快的发展奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the continuous development and progress of society, the continuous development of economy, and the people's requirements for the quality of life are also improving. The level of agricultural power production management of power supply companies in different cities is also different, how to effectively improve the efficiency of the management system has become the focus of attention of Weihai Power supply Company. This paper studies the present situation of power supply management, through the design of agricultural power production management system of Weihai Power supply Company, improves the working efficiency of agricultural power production management of Weihai Power supply Company, and makes the work of electric power can run efficiently. High security, high reliability, strong functionality, improve management level, reduce costs to optimize business processes, effectively think of the people. According to the most popular development technology and the actual situation of agricultural power production management, the technical architecture of the system adopts three frameworks SSH:Struts,Spring,Hibernate development mode. Struts framework is used to separate MVC and display the corresponding pages. The Hibernate framework is used to complete the interaction between the user and the database, and the purpose of using the Spring framework structure is to deal with the logic among the business modules. SQLServer 2014 is used as database service. The agricultural power production management system of Weihai Power supply Company realizes the management of power grid resources, maintenance, operation, field standardization and small hydropower. Power grid resource management business is divided into four management functions, namely, power grid structure 10kv line management, power grid structure station area management, wiring diagram management and query statistical management. According to different functions, maintenance management business can be divided into four parts: power outage maintenance record management, equipment maintenance management, accident emergency repair duty management and query statistical management. Operation management business includes inspection management, rating management, defect management, test cycle, operation record, equipment movement, production tool, instrument, spare parts management, production technology training management and query statistical management business. Site standardization management is divided into two parts: guidance card management and safety supervision and management. The management of small hydropower stations can be summarized as six functions: basic information management, dam safety management, flood control inspection management, team personnel management, safety hidden danger management and safety production rating management. The normal operation of the system improves the working efficiency, the high security, the simple and convenient operation, assists the development of the management work of Weihai Power supply Company, realizes the automation of the system management, and reduces the cost. It lays a foundation for further improvement of the management level and better and faster development of agricultural power production.
