【摘要】："科技生产力"概念是为了说明科学技术对于生产力发展的巨大作用,是科学技术是第一生产力的简略地形象表达。科学技术作为生产力的重要因素还不是独立的生产力形态,它只有与生产力的基本要素协同作用才能形成现实的生产力。有的学者提出"科技生产力"是一种相对独立存在的生产力,是对科技生产力概念的曲解。同时不存在与"科技生产力"相对应的"科技生产关系"。有的学者所谓的"科技生产关系",是没有正确理解生产关系的本质。套用生产力与生产关系辩证关系阐述科技生产力和科技生产关系及其规律也是错误的。
[Abstract]:The concept of "scientific and technological productivity" is to illustrate the great effect of science and technology on the development of productive forces. Science and technology is a brief expression of the first productive force. As an important factor of productivity, science and technology is not an independent form of productivity. It can form real productivity only when it acts in synergy with the basic elements of productive forces. Some scholars have proposed that "scientific and technological productivity" is a relatively independent productive force. It is a misinterpretation of the concept of productive forces of science and technology. At the same time, there is no "relationship of scientific and technological production" corresponding to "productive forces of science and technology". Some scholars call "relations of production of science and technology". It is also wrong to apply the dialectical relationship between productive forces and relations of production to expound the scientific and technological productive forces, the relations of scientific and technological production and their laws.
