新时期可持续消费理念的伦理思考

【摘要】: 伦理观念与人类行为有密不可分的关系,在人的消费行为中不仅仅存在着追求财富最大化的动机,同时也存在着追求非财富的愿望。换句话说,也就是在人的消费活动中人们不但是希望获得物质利益的满足,同时也希望得到精神价值上的提升。这就决定了伦理观念的力量必然会对人的消费行为发生作用。人们的消费活动和过程不仅是“经济力量”起作用的表现,同时也是其内在价值的一种凸显。正是由于伦理观念作为一种非正式的元素和“内化了的影响力”能对人们的消费行为和过程发生重要影响,因此,它也就必然会对消费起某种程度上的影响和制约作用。消费伦理观念是社会道德原则和规范在消费领域的具体体现,它以特殊的伦理精神诉求,调节和规范人们的消费行为。 我们今天已经迈入了一个大众消费时代,消费成为一个非常普遍的社会问题。但我们同时也需要清醒地认识到经济社会的快速发展并不等同与人类福祉的同步来临。在一个崭新的消费社会中,人的伦理道德有可能被人的消费欲望所掩盖,人的非理性消费行为有可能给我们带来灾难,如“非典”等行为的发生便是最好的佐证?浪费性消费、欲望性消费、炫耀性消费、一次性消费等“病态”消费行为蔓延,环境破坏严重,生态系统失衡,人类面临生存危机。人们开始意识到消费伦理观念重构的必要性和紧迫性。 可持续消费理念是破解这一困境的一剂“良方”,可持续消费是一种全新的消费理念,是消费理念上的进一步创新和升华。当前,我国正处于经济社会发展的转型期,中国共产党十六届四中全会提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的伟大构想,在这一历史新时期,如何构建具有中国特色的可持续消费理论体系,如何科学、深入、全面地分析和把握可持续消费的理论内涵和精神实质,研究、挖掘可持续消费的人文伦理意蕴,对于具有中国特色的社会主义市场经济的完善和发展展及社会主义和谐社会的构建具有重大的现实意义。 本文主要从五个方面进行了研究。第一部分是消费概述,简述消费的概念、内涵、属性等基本要素以及消费观念的演变;第二部分结合新时期我国国情来对消费现状进行分析研究,找出当前我国消费领域暴露出的问题并进行原因分析;第三部分是可持续消费理念的基本理论概述;第四部分论述可持续消费理念构建的必要性;最后一部分主要是从具体方面提出一些思考和建议,以期对有中国特色的可持续消费理念体系构建起到抛砖引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:Ethics is closely related to human behavior. In human consumption, there is not only the motive to pursue wealth maximization, but also the desire to pursue non-wealth. In other words, in the human consumption activities, people not only want to obtain the material benefits of satisfaction. At the same time, we also hope to get the promotion of spiritual value, which determines that the power of ethical concept will inevitably affect people's consumption behavior. People's consumption activities and processes are not only the expression of "economic power". At the same time, it is also a highlight of its intrinsic value. It is precisely because ethics as an informal element and "internalized influence" can have an important impact on people's consumption behavior and process. Consumption ethics is the concrete embodiment of social moral principles and norms in the field of consumption, and it demands special ethical spirit. Regulate and regulate people's consumption behavior. We have entered an era of mass consumption today. Consumption has become a very common social problem. But at the same time, we also need to realize clearly that the rapid development of economy and society is not equal to the simultaneous arrival of human welfare. In a new consumer society. People's ethics and morality may be concealed by people's consumption desire, and people's irrational consumption behavior may bring us disaster, such as the occurrence of "SARS" is the best proof? Wasteful consumption, lust consumption, conspicuous consumption, one-off consumption and other "pathological" consumption behavior spread, serious environmental damage, ecosystem imbalance. People are beginning to realize the necessity and urgency of the reconstruction of consumer ethics. The concept of sustainable consumption is a "good prescription" to solve this dilemma. Sustainable consumption is a brand new consumption concept, and it is a further innovation and sublimation of consumption concept. China is in the transition period of economic and social development. The fourth Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee put forward the great idea of building a socialist harmonious society in this new historical period. How to build a sustainable consumption theory system with Chinese characteristics, how to scientifically, deeply, comprehensively analyze and grasp the theoretical connotation and spiritual essence of sustainable consumption, research. It is of great practical significance for the perfection and development of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and the construction of a harmonious socialist society to excavate the humanistic ethical implication of sustainable consumption. The first part is an overview of consumption, briefly describes the concept, connotation, attributes and other basic elements of consumption as well as the evolution of consumption concepts; The second part analyzes the current situation of consumption in the new period, finds out the problems exposed in the field of consumption in China and analyzes the reasons. The third part is the basic theory of the concept of sustainable consumption. Part 4th discusses the necessity of constructing the concept of sustainable consumption; The last part is to put forward some thoughts and suggestions from specific aspects in order to play a role in the construction of sustainable consumption concept system with Chinese characteristics.
