产业集群演进机制研究

【摘要】：产业集群因其对区域产业发展的重大作用，而日益受到各级政府和诸多学者的关注。基于业已存在的产业集群所表现出的不同程度的阶段性，本文尝试建立一个分析产业集群演进机制的理论框架。本文在梳理学者已有的研究成果的基础上，依次对产业集群初创、成长、成熟、更替四个阶段发生、演进的机制进行了研究。对于影响产业集群演进历程的因素，本文从结构、行为、制度、技术四个层面分析了其对集群演进的影响。本文提出应针对集群的不同发展阶段采取有所差别的方法促进产业集群发展，并运用博弈均衡、市场配置、激励导向等原理设计了对其的调控机制。本文除了赋予产业集群演进机制这一理论假说的理论和模型阐释外，还给出了宁波服装产业集群的微观实例分析和苏州产业集聚的宏观实证分析，并期望对苏州产业集聚的分析结果能有利于苏州产业集群发展战略的强化与调整。
[Abstract]:Because of its important role in the development of regional industry, industrial cluster has been paid more and more attention by governments at all levels and many scholars. This paper attempts to establish a theoretical framework to analyze the evolution mechanism of industrial clusters. On the basis of combing the existing research results of scholars, this paper takes place in turn on the four stages of industrial cluster start-up, growth, maturity and replacement. The mechanism of evolution has been studied. For the factors that affect the evolution of industrial clusters, this paper from the structure, behavior, system. Four levels of technology analysis of its impact on the evolution of clusters. This paper proposes that different development stages of clusters should be adopted to promote the development of industrial clusters, and the use of game equilibrium, market allocation. This paper not only gives the theory and model explanation of the hypothesis of industrial cluster evolution mechanism, but also designs its regulation mechanism. The microcosmic case analysis of Ningbo garment industry cluster and the macro empirical analysis of Suzhou industrial cluster are also given, and it is expected that the analysis result of Suzhou industrial cluster will be helpful to strengthen and adjust the development strategy of Suzhou industrial cluster.
