【摘要】：经济史是通过回顾与反思经济理论和经济政策的变迁,在历史主义的批判与借鉴中发现新的经济理论和新的经济政策,从而为现实经济社会发展服务的。在经济理论和经济政策的变迁中,新旧观点之间不仅有纷争与碰撞,而且有割舍不断的承继关系。经济学中没有普遍适用的经济理论和经济政策,只有适用于特定时期的经济理论和经济政策。中国实施的供给侧结构性改革战略,彰显出社会主义经济制度自我完善和发展的内在功能,而且,这场伟大的改革必将成为经济学中的精彩篇章。
